They let me waited for a long time , then she came with a angry face .I think they didnt change the sheets and blankets. They were smelly. their tools looked dirty. Its no worth it to come to Janney Beauty. Dont believe their advertisements. Dont trust the stars!

Leon Lambruschini Came here on may 8th to Janney Beauty for acne treatment. Always struggled with acne, after the treatment my face is clear! I have had 4 acne treatments so far and looking forward to the 5th one. Would really recommend!

Mola Jutt Now a days, when $15+tips hair cut is considered "Cheap" for boys/men, well, so is the quality and time they spend on you. Old Lilly should be getting retired as her hands arent steady, and concentration is on everything but your hair style. Bad cuts, goofy cuts, uneven hair, mismatched left and right side, cutting too much and , trying to fix mishaps with thinning scissors are common traits here. I had my last cut here long ago, but this review is well overdue and pending from my experience. They get one star for fast service, because no matter how many people are ahead of you, they only last 10 min per head. :)

Willis Chen I have had my hair cut here for years now, never had any problem. A woman caused a huge scene and whined/yelled loudly for a free haircut today (8/5/2023), if you dont want to pay, maybe you should just cut it yourself.

I took my daughter there for her first official hair cut last year when she was two years old. The owner of Star Salon Ling was so skillful and friendly that my daughter loved her experience. Jinwei Han Ill not return there for mens hair cut anymore. She start cut your hair without ask your requirement, and I didnt seen enough service sense. When you come up with idea of how to cut, she will even argue with you...Not a good experience.

The semi-permanent eyebrows turned out great! Every morning when I open my eyes, I already have beautiful eyebrows. I no longer have to worry about doing my eyebrows during busy mornings. Then, I tried mole removal and several types of facials here and realized that I love this place! Angela’s technique for removing moles is excellent—she does it cleanly without leaving scars. Serena M Had my eyelashes done here two weeks ago. I have been getting my lashes done in Oregon and for years and had just moved here, the lashes looked good. The glue burned my eyes so badly that they were red for two days. The bottom lashes started falling off in one day even though I hadn’t touched them. Then, in two days they fell off completely. After the appointment, they made a follow up appointment for me, and when I showed up for my follow up appointment, they said that I never had my lashes done there before. I have never had this happen at any salons before, they were very rude about it over the phone, and they would not let me into the building to talk to them. Very sketchy business. Definitely not going back to this establishment, waste of my time.

Celia Hernandez I got there at 6 pm she finished at 10:30 pm eyelashes are thin and fall off quick and don’t last I wouldn’t recommend it never in my life had to wait 5 hours for a lash tech to finish and highly overpriced for the lashes just to be so thin I paid 160 for a. volume set came out like a classic set

Even though the extractions are painful, its absolutely worth it because your face is so smooth, hydrated, and flowing after. I usually go to Vivian but Im sure others are great as well.

Joanna Cretella Krystal does a great job with my lashes! Shes done multiple different styles for me for different occasions and always knocks it out of the park. She really listens to what you want. My lashes look great through about 3 weeks. Highly recommend!

Charmaine Cuanan I love how professional and easy it is to book an appointment. Krystal is really great at mapping out what lashes suits your eye shape and is very gentle and efficient! I am really happy with the retention, especially with classic lashes. Even after 3 weeks they are still looking full and I notice my real lashes arent compromised in the process. Really recommend going here!

Floraida Rose Pestano I have been going to Krystal for my lashes for the past year. I recently got them done before a month long trip to the Philippines and let me tell you....the lashes lasted until the end of my trip and beyond! Imagine being in the ocean + swimming pools + different kinds of adventures that will make you sweat along with showering daily. I was stunned with how well the lashes held up in those conditions. Another thing I appreciate about Krystal is if she goes on vacation, she will personally send a message asking if you need lashes done before she leaves! Such a sweet gesture! Scheduling is flexible, sometimes she will offer earlier time if its available but she doesnt pressure you in changing your original appointment time. Overall, I love getting my lashes done by her and I cant wait for my next appointment!

Amber C DO NOT GO HERE! I went in today and asked for just eyebrow threading. I dont know what I did to the person providing the service but it was awful. She kept roughly hitting my face with her hand and sliding the thread against my skin (not threading, just when sliding the thread across) which hurt horribly. Not the way its supposed to be done either. When she went to switch sides, she elbowed my head somehow and didnt apologize or acknowledge it. Then handed me the mirror and snatched it out of my hand. She said something passive aggressive when handing me the mirror as well. I was genuinely in shock after that. Ive never ever experienced this bad of a customer service. Is there a way to have them reviewed? I dont think you should be hitting your customers. Ive been coming here since they opened, and this place has just lost its quality of service after hiring new people. I will never go here again and Im warning you to stop going before you have a bad experience like this too.

Huda Mahmood I went in for eyebrow threading this evening and Manu did my eyebrows. I went in with a good eyebrows that just needed to be cleaned and specifically told her DONT make them thin and keep my arch, but she did NOT listen and made them round and thin!! I reminded her twice during the process to please slow down and don’t remove too much hair. I grew my eyebrows for 2 months!! Please HIRE better staff or you’ll lose your entire clientele. It’s sad that their old employees have left, this place just lost a 4 year old customer. Warning all my friends who go here!

Izma Aslam I’ve been going to Sandy for a couple years now. The first time I met her, I told her exactly how I wanted my eyebrows to be. After telling her once, she always remembered that I like them thick and not thin, I never had to remind her over and over again. As for your clients, it’s important to hear them and remember how they like their stuff to be done and she exceeds it all the time without having to tell her every visit. She’s super sweet and always is there to listen to every detail when it comes to shaping or cleaning up your brows. She’s amazing and affordable. Her salon is always sanitized and cleaned. You may catch her mopping the floors and wiping down the chairs while you visit her, because she makes sure everyone is safe and healthy!

Kelly The old women was extremely rude and had no manners. We came in and she told us to step on the rug as the floor was wet/mopped but it was 2 hrs before closing time and then she told us to wait outside for 10 mins. We came back and she told us the whole side of the store was closed and insulted us. We didn’t purchase anything and luckily we didn’t. I would definitely not recommend this place as it has horrible service and the lady is so disrespectful and rude. Worst place ever!

Jack Kenny is the best hairstylist that I have ever met! In my entire life, he is the first person that has ever been able to accurately replicate the hairstyle that I asked him to cut for me. I live almost one hour away from his shop, but it is more than worth the drive. He has a lot of patience for his clients and will go above and beyond to make sure that they are happy with their haircut. I had an amazing experience having him cut my hair and I will never go to any other hairstylist. I was literally walking out smiling with my new hair. Thank you, Kenny! You are truly talented at what you do, and I hope you never stop.

This time, he gave me a bobcut and it was exactly what I wanted. Since there is still covid, you’re still asked to wear a mask. I would come back here and continue to come back.
