1 /5 Minakshi Bhandare: Saturday 5th April , I took my son to a salon for a haircut. Before the process began, I showed the owner a picture of the style I wanted, and she assured me it would suit my son. However, when the haircut was finished, it looked entirely different from what I had shown them. When I pointed this out, the explanation was that my sons hair type couldnt achieve the same result.
This left me frustrated because, if the stylist already knew that the style wouldnt match his hair type, they should have informed me beforehand, instead of agreeing to something that wasn’t realistic. It felt like their primary interest was in taking my money rather than delivering what I requested.
The salon initially welcomed us warmly, asking about our preferences, but ultimately they provided a result completely different from what I had asked for—and casually dismissed my concerns. Their lack of accountability left me feeling that arguing with them was pointless, as they didn’t care to make things right.
This experience has left me disappointed, and I’ve decided not to return to the salon.
