It was such an amazing experience. They made me feel so comfortable and Sri went above and beyond to give me the look I wanted. So happy with their work ethic.

Divya Priya I went here just checking for head massage which I always long for. I love getting massages, however, I had dandruff so they suggested me dandruff treatment whichshe told me was $45 without wash. Then my hair was getting frizzy and dry, so Mona told me I can get the protein/spa treatment for hair as a combo for $60. I thought its $60 combined. I asked her if you could do for $50 but when I came back again, they were like both are separate and charged me $90 for hair wash, application of hair masks, steam with the plastic shower cap, wash n blow dry. There was no massage as I was expecting in hair spa treatments. I wonder if this money was worth the services and then this dandruff and frizzy hair will be back again in air conditioning. The place can be kept cleaner.

shruthi goggi Absolutely ridiculous place . I went for eybrows and she was in such a hurry to get it done! I got acne after i got waxing done on my cheeks . She was handling very harshly and did not even stop when she put some powder in my nose before waxing. Zero customer service . Worst experience. Will not recommend this place to anyone!! Try to completely avoid them. There is absolutely no one in this salon. They are free 24/7 yet do everything in hurry. Would give negative rating

Manchikanti 14 I had a worst experience here. I went for eyebrow and forehead threading. They rushed through threading my brows, it was painful for 2 days. Got minor skin rashes near brows after threading. She finished the procedure in 2-3 minutes. I don’t understand why she was in so hurry. I guess they don’t have patience at all in treating the customers.

Mothers Journey Rani Aunty is very welcoming, and her staff is polite and professional with clients. I have been visiting for the past year, and we have all enjoyed their services, including hair coloring and haircuts. Highly recommended! Amazing service

The waxing was gentle and through- and they made sure I was comfortable all the time. They not only listen to exactly what I wanted, but they also offered suggestions that made the end result even better than I expected. You can tell they truly care about their clients. The facial guasha treatment was super relaxing with cozy lighting, aromatherapy, and greenery. My skin was glowing afterward! The staff is friendly, offers snacks and drinks, and explains every step in detail. They also do body treatments, lashes, nails, and more. Highly recommend for a self-care day or a fun outing with friends!

He Bu About a year and a half ago, one of my friends recommended An-Young to me for semi-permanent eyebrows. I came to this place for the first time with the mindset of giving it a try. The semi-permanent eyebrows turned out great! Every morning when I open my eyes, I already have beautiful eyebrows. I no longer have to worry about doing my eyebrows during busy mornings. Then, I tried mole removal and several types of facials here and realized that I love this place! Angela’s technique for removing moles is excellent—she does it cleanly without leaving scars. It finally freed me from a long-time concern. The facials are very relaxing, and I could clearly feel that my skin became cleaner and more radiant. In addition to the excellent beauty results, this place has a clean and cozy environment, and the music is soothing and beautiful. Every time I come here, it feels like a refreshment for my soul. Now, after a period of intense work, coming here to relax and enhance my beauty has become a part of my regular routine. Amber C DO NOT GO HERE! I went in today and asked for just eyebrow threading. I dont know what I did to the person providing the service but it was awful. She kept roughly hitting my face with her hand and sliding the thread against my skin (not threading, just when sliding the thread across) which hurt horribly. Not the way its supposed to be done either. When she went to switch sides, she elbowed my head somehow and didnt apologize or acknowledge it. Then handed me the mirror and snatched it out of my hand. She said something passive aggressive when handing me the mirror as well. I was genuinely in shock after that. Ive never ever experienced this bad of a customer service. Is there a way to have them reviewed? I dont think you should be hitting your customers. Ive been coming here since they opened, and this place has just lost its quality of service after hiring new people. I will never go here again and Im warning you to stop going before you have a bad experience like this too.

Huda Mahmood I went in for eyebrow threading this evening and Manu did my eyebrows. I went in with a good eyebrows that just needed to be cleaned and specifically told her DONT make them thin and keep my arch, but she did NOT listen and made them round and thin!! I reminded her twice during the process to please slow down and don’t remove too much hair. I grew my eyebrows for 2 months!! Please HIRE better staff or you’ll lose your entire clientele. It’s sad that their old employees have left, this place just lost a 4 year old customer. Warning all my friends who go here!

Mola Jutt Now a days, when $15+tips hair cut is considered "Cheap" for boys/men, well, so is the quality and time they spend on you. Old Lilly should be getting retired as her hands arent steady, and concentration is on everything but your hair style. Bad cuts, goofy cuts, uneven hair, mismatched left and right side, cutting too much and , trying to fix mishaps with thinning scissors are common traits here. I had my last cut here long ago, but this review is well overdue and pending from my experience. They get one star for fast service, because no matter how many people are ahead of you, they only last 10 min per head. :)

Willis Chen I have had my hair cut here for years now, never had any problem. A woman caused a huge scene and whined/yelled loudly for a free haircut today (8/5/2023), if you dont want to pay, maybe you should just cut it yourself.

Torsha I reached out to Karuna first for haircuts and colour for my mother and mother in law visiting from India. I wanted them to be comfortable with their stylist and communicate their exact preferences. Karuna was excellent and gave them exactly what they asked for. She is very accommodating and suggests styles and techniques only after hearing her clients’ needs. She also helped me with a low maintenance yet styled haircut for my very unruly and frizzy hair. Most of all I appreciate the overall experience she provides.

Jack Kenny is the best hairstylist that I have ever met! In my entire life, he is the first person that has ever been able to accurately replicate the hairstyle that I asked him to cut for me. I live almost one hour away from his shop, but it is more than worth the drive. He has a lot of patience for his clients and will go above and beyond to make sure that they are happy with their haircut. I had an amazing experience having him cut my hair and I will never go to any other hairstylist. I was literally walking out smiling with my new hair. Thank you, Kenny! You are truly talented at what you do, and I hope you never stop.

This time, he gave me a bobcut and it was exactly what I wanted. Since there is still covid, you’re still asked to wear a mask. I would come back here and continue to come back. Precious Tampos Dyed my hair red instead of purple even though I asked for purple and showed her reference photos. Instead of apologizing for the wrong hair color, just continued to say “the color looks nice.” Charged me $330 because I have long hair instead of refunding me for their mistake.

swift slaylor I asked for shoulder length hair, but she ended up cutting it till my chin, making it a bob cut. My bangs were not cut properly either and I was extremely disappointed with the service.

Radhika Pattem Asked for 2.5 inches left on head but cut 3 inches off. Then at the end did random cuts like literally took the scissors and started randomly cutting. Not what I was expecting.

They let me waited for a long time , then she came with a angry face .I think they didnt change the sheets and blankets. They were smelly. their tools looked dirty. Its no worth it to come to Janney Beauty. Dont believe their advertisements. Dont trust the stars!

Izma Aslam I’ve been going to Sandy for a couple years now. The first time I met her, I told her exactly how I wanted my eyebrows to be. After telling her once, she always remembered that I like them thick and not thin, I never had to remind her over and over again. As for your clients, it’s important to hear them and remember how they like their stuff to be done and she exceeds it all the time without having to tell her every visit. She’s super sweet and always is there to listen to every detail when it comes to shaping or cleaning up your brows. She’s amazing and affordable. Her salon is always sanitized and cleaned. You may catch her mopping the floors and wiping down the chairs while you visit her, because she makes sure everyone is safe and healthy!

Serena M Had my eyelashes done here two weeks ago. I have been getting my lashes done in Oregon and for years and had just moved here, the lashes looked good. The glue burned my eyes so badly that they were red for two days. The bottom lashes started falling off in one day even though I hadn’t touched them. Then, in two days they fell off completely. After the appointment, they made a follow up appointment for me, and when I showed up for my follow up appointment, they said that I never had my lashes done there before. I have never had this happen at any salons before, they were very rude about it over the phone, and they would not let me into the building to talk to them. Very sketchy business. Definitely not going back to this establishment, waste of my time.

I took my daughter there for her first official hair cut last year when she was two years old. The owner of Star Salon Ling was so skillful and friendly that my daughter loved her experience.
