5 /5 Joanna Cretella: Krystal does a great job with my lashes! Shes done multiple different styles for me for different occasions and always knocks it out of the park. She really listens to what you want. My lashes look great through about 3 weeks. Highly recommend!

I am really happy with the retention, especially with classic lashes. Even after 3 weeks they are still looking full and I notice my real lashes arent compromised in the process. Really recommend going here!

I recently got them done before a month long trip to the Philippines and let me tell you....the lashes lasted until the end of my trip and beyond! Imagine being in the ocean + swimming pools + different kinds of adventures that will make you sweat along with showering daily. I was stunned with how well the lashes held up in those conditions. Another thing I appreciate about Krystal is if she goes on vacation, she will personally send a message asking if you need lashes done before she leaves! Such a sweet gesture! Scheduling is flexible, sometimes she will offer earlier time if its available but she doesnt pressure you in changing your original appointment time. Overall, I love getting my lashes done by her and I cant wait for my next appointment!

Whether you walk-in or book through google, the whole team here is kind, diligent, and talented. I walked-in a few months back just asking for a lash lift prices, & next thing I knew, I was in a cozy, private, yet stylish lash room with the softest blanket Ive ever been given in a salon. Top nodge first time experience. Fast forward few months, Im a regular with Kristal. Her work is superb, the products she uses are top quality (youll notice once you come regularly), and she is just genuinely a kind person. Oh, furthermore, their booking system is the most convenient. Through google, you get swift responses, great communication, reminders, and follow-ups. The only downside is that you wont be able to go anywhere else. Once you come, youre hooked! :)

They listen to your questions, concerns, and needs to provide you with the best. They addressed every single question and concern regarding lash extensions as this was my first time.
