Alexandra Diaz If you want to leave, crying go to this eyebrow shop, I have never been so disappointed and unhappy with an eyebrow service in my life I gave this lady the benefit of the doubt I trusted her by sitting in her chair I even complemented how speedy she was but as soon as I looked at my eyebrows, I was in shock how much of a bad job she did. I went in for a simple cleanup. I usually have extremely thick and full Eyebrows and I left with crooked uneven thin eyebrows. I’m still in shock. I can’t even look at myself and my birthdays tomorrow she completely ruined my day please please please, I beg you do not come here.

Hazel Amina I started with eyebrow threading and Deep noticed that I had some dark spots on my face and blackheads on my noses. She recommended a Facial experience to remove old skin and to remove the blackheads. This would be my first facial. I appreciated that Deep explained what she was doing throughout the session. She was very passionate about her job and started at a very young age. She self taught herself in her native country and later took courses to get licensed in the USA. John Garden I had my bridal hair styled here, and I couldn’t be happier. The stylist was so thorough in discussing my vision for the day, offering suggestions and adjustments based on my hair texture. The updo held beautifully throughout the ceremony and reception, even in the humidity! The service was professional, friendly, and personalized, making me feel so comfortable on my special day. The price was worth every penny for the impeccable results and long-lasting style. I’ll be back for all my future hair needs!

Courtney Hooper Baby when I tell you newbies that never got a sugaring or facial... I will say do it!! For me it was deeper than just a facial and a sugar... as I been on my journey of healing.. I stepped outside myself and treated my body to something well deserve... now I wasnt ready however Larhonda made me feel comfortable. Although I was dramatic cause woosh 34 years never been touch down there other than my doctor... ladies treat yourself and remember our bodies is the temple!!! New! More ways to react to reviews. Bridgette Usher-Wong I came to CoCo Beauties with really bad ingrowns from my previous waxing place and she solved it! She is HANDS DOWN the best waxer I’ve had because not only did she get all of the ingrowns, her waxing stripes got EVERYTHING. I will 10/10 be going back to her and her only from now on! I also got the vajacial that comes after a Brazilian and what a great self care treat, I really suggest it if you’re thinking about trying one!

Emily Y. I love this location, Sana is the BEST! I have been going to her to thread my eyebrows since 2021. She always cleans up my eyebrows just the right amount and has never once left them thin. Ill never get my brows done by anyone else. You can do walk-ins but if you need to schedule an appointment shes great at communication, super friendly/kind, and she has a stamp card for her returning customers. I highly recommend this place

Mzima They fit me in the same day after another place canceled last min. Super responsive, friendly, and professional in our text communications. The owner squeezed me in and even though she worked fast, she did it with a laugh and smile and was super thorough. The space was clean and spacious. She used hard wax for everything including Brazilian and legs. I appreciate their attention to hygiene and safety. No double dipping the sticks and masks required. I cant think of anything more to ask for from a waxer. I felt welcome, comfortable, and taken care of. Super grateful to have found my new wax place!

I have never had my makeup done professionally, so I was skeptical and nervous about the whole process, but I had no reason to be. She was very nice and completely professional from beginning to end. Pricing and expectations were clearly laid out in the contract and there were no surprises. Communication was easy and she was very accessible; I never had issues trying to contact her at any point. On the day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly as outlined in the schedule I was provided. They were on-time, quick and skilled. Most importantly, they were very responsive to each persons makeup preferences/style and were willing to make changes if anyone felt uncomfortable. Each of my bridesmaids loved their looks and I felt beautiful for my big day! Belen Espinoza This place is amazing I come for a full Brazilian and Murray is the best. She is fast and makes it as painless as possible. She also has a big sister vibe which is super comforting. I am prone to ingrowns and her scrub that she makes in house has been the most helpful, it’s safe and natural overall it’s the perfect recipe.

Jeff Kuo Unfortunately, the WORST haircut Ive ever received. Asked for a simple mens trim from the lady two seats in on the left. Fade the sides and back and thin/texture the top. I had to show her the two sides were not even length after her first pass as she constantly asked "is this OK" as if she were finished. Parts of the sideburns were missed and the fade is visible in sections, as if it were her first time attempting one.

Clyburn King Danielle was a good loctitian. But she’s super unprofessional. Will cancel on you 3 mins before your appointment when she could’ve contacted you the day/night before to let you know she was canceling. She told me she had covid and would be out all week. On top of that, when i reached out to see if she was okay, and see if she was available to book a new appointment, she simply ignored my text. So I let a week pass by before texting her again to ask about making another appointment. Again, she ignored my text. Luckily I know someone who gets their hair cut here, and he informed me that Danielle was at the shop doing hair during the same week she told me she would be out sick. (So she played me) I will absolutely not be dealing with unprofessional black owned businesses anymore. We as black entrepreneurs need to have higher standards for ourselves and how we treat our customers & clientele. Don’t waste your time because consistency doesn’t exist here I haven’t heard back from Danielle ever since she canceled on me. She could’ve handled it much differently and Been cool, instead of awkward about it
