1 /5 Jeff Kuo: Unfortunately, the WORST haircut Ive ever received. Asked for a simple mens trim from the lady two seats in on the left. Fade the sides and back and thin/texture the top. I had to show her the two sides were not even length after her first pass as she constantly asked "is this OK" as if she were finished. Parts of the sideburns were missed and the fade is visible in sections, as if it were her first time attempting one.

1 /5 Tenzin Wesar: Do NOT go to this salon what so ever if your gonna get a womans haircut. the really short hair asian lady cuts so bad she did not give me the hair style i wanted and she chose what she wanted for me herself. im telling u do NOT go here.

怼怼: I had a massage and facial combo today, and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed and refreshed. The staff were really nice and the place was cleaned. They also have a special event for Mother’s Day with a surprise gift. I’m planning to bring my mom and celebrate with her.

To leave someone waiting for 1 hour with no word whatsoever simply proves the lack of profesionalism. Of course, it is understandable that it is better to schedule an appoinment ahead of time, but at least salute and acknowledge people that are sitting and patiently waiting.
