Alexandra Diaz If you want to leave, crying go to this eyebrow shop, I have never been so disappointed and unhappy with an eyebrow service in my life I gave this lady the benefit of the doubt I trusted her by sitting in her chair I even complemented how speedy she was but as soon as I looked at my eyebrows, I was in shock how much of a bad job she did. I went in for a simple cleanup. I usually have extremely thick and full Eyebrows and I left with crooked uneven thin eyebrows. I’m still in shock. I can’t even look at myself and my birthdays tomorrow she completely ruined my day please please please, I beg you do not come here.

Hazel Amina I started with eyebrow threading and Deep noticed that I had some dark spots on my face and blackheads on my noses. She recommended a Facial experience to remove old skin and to remove the blackheads. This would be my first facial. I appreciated that Deep explained what she was doing throughout the session. She was very passionate about her job and started at a very young age. She self taught herself in her native country and later took courses to get licensed in the USA. Heather Fairweather Ive been going to this salon off and on for years. I think its incredibly distasteful to know that no one there knows how to cut curly hair. Just say you dont know how to cut my natural hair. Know your abilities and dont make me feel sad walking out while I have to comfort you through something I paid a service for. Take my money elsewhere. At least the girl at the counter is so sweet. Only thing that made me feel comfortable.

Maria Ochoa If I could simply quote the other ratings with ONE star! Unbelievable how little they care for the people waiting, for they give no reminder nor acknowledgement of how long the wait is. To leave someone waiting for 1 hour with no word whatsoever simply proves the lack of profesionalism. Of course, it is understandable that it is better to schedule an appoinment ahead of time, but at least salute and acknowledge people that are sitting and patiently waiting.

La La Caughman Tonight I experienced the best massage that I’ve had in years. The masseuse Lorna was amazing and not only provided a full body but also focused on my pain points as well. I travel a lot and get massages frequently. It is very refreshing to find this spot right in my neighborhood. I can’t wait t go back in a few weeks.

Clyburn King Danielle was a good loctitian. But she’s super unprofessional. Will cancel on you 3 mins before your appointment when she could’ve contacted you the day/night before to let you know she was canceling. She told me she had covid and would be out all week. On top of that, when i reached out to see if she was okay, and see if she was available to book a new appointment, she simply ignored my text. So I let a week pass by before texting her again to ask about making another appointment. Again, she ignored my text. Luckily I know someone who gets their hair cut here, and he informed me that Danielle was at the shop doing hair during the same week she told me she would be out sick. (So she played me) I will absolutely not be dealing with unprofessional black owned businesses anymore. We as black entrepreneurs need to have higher standards for ourselves and how we treat our customers & clientele. Don’t waste your time because consistency doesn’t exist here I haven’t heard back from Danielle ever since she canceled on me. She could’ve handled it much differently and Been cool, instead of awkward about it

Emily Y. I love this location, Sana is the BEST! I have been going to her to thread my eyebrows since 2021. She always cleans up my eyebrows just the right amount and has never once left them thin. Ill never get my brows done by anyone else. You can do walk-ins but if you need to schedule an appointment shes great at communication, super friendly/kind, and she has a stamp card for her returning customers. I highly recommend this place

Jeff Kuo Unfortunately, the WORST haircut Ive ever received. Asked for a simple mens trim from the lady two seats in on the left. Fade the sides and back and thin/texture the top. I had to show her the two sides were not even length after her first pass as she constantly asked "is this OK" as if she were finished. Parts of the sideburns were missed and the fade is visible in sections, as if it were her first time attempting one.

I grew up braiding hair..and will do mines..but since coming here almost 3 years ago...I do not braid my own anymore (takes 12 hours), they are so friendly, welcoming, very fast. Everyone is fantastic at braiding and Sarah the owner is just great to talk to. Love this braiding shop and the variety of hair that is offered that I could not find elsewhere

Star Johnson So I got my hair braided here recently & I like the braids but after two weeks, braids starting falling out. Ive contacted the store and they tell me they cant do anything about it. My experience was horrible, the person doing my hair was late, the father changed my appointment without telling me & I sat there for 7hrs getting my hair done. My braids shouldnt be falling out after two weeks, so now Ive wasted $200 on a hairstyle that Im not happy with. Now I have to take my hair down & get it done over

Amirah Farr Made an appointment at 9:30am to get a braid down for a wig for 1:00pm. I showed up at 1:07pm and the gentleman who runs the front said she wasn’t done and needed more time. The braider, Amie, says she needs 4 more hours at least. The other braider, who just started someone’s braids, would not stop to assist me. I am glad this wasn’t an emergency needed for an event or I would’ve been SCREWED. Will never come here again. Book at your own risk.

Patricia LaCocque Not only is the price right, but Jenny really knows how to cut hair. She has an artistic flare and seems to intuitively cut my hair just right. I have short fine thin hair and she styles it well. Highly recommend her. I drive from Oakland to get a haircut.

Antonella Balarezo Jennys is not only SWEET, but amazing! Her job is just amazing, she does very neat cuts, she takes her time on details that you might need. My boyfriend and I, go there all the time. We just love her.
