1 /5 Jacqueline Morga: Jodi the nurse at the emergency room who is there tonight 1/28/25 needs to be fired and will be sued!! She called security on me after my brother designated me to make decisions on his behalf. I showed her a text message and that he stated that and she called security on me. She told security lies that I was there all day and that I was video recording her. She did not want to admit my brother and was refusing him care. She kicked out my sister earlier in the day, after my sister had to ensure my brother was getting checked in. I had to call 911 to ensure his care wouldn’t be refused and spoke to police within this jurisdiction, which I have the text messages for. Security claimed the nurse said my brother is on a “PD hold” And isnt allowed to have anyone there as a visitor. I showed the security my camera roll and the text from my brother designating me to make decisions on his behalf. She clearly continues to violate patient’s rights that’s posted on the wall right next to her desk at check-in 1.

2 /5 BeSafe BeSafe: Nice Heart Surgeon, some good and caring staff. Some ignorant and careless staff. My father had heart surgery here. We were provided Nurse Manager’s contact information to contact in case we had any concerns. We messaged the nurse manager many times but she never responded to our concerns. My father was provided a good service by the staff. But some of the staff members were careless. They didn’t care to provide him with raised toilet seat to make easier for him to sit and stand from the toilet after CABG surgery (Open Heart Surgery) but they suggested that patient should not put much pressure on his hands when sitting and standing. How is it possible to stand from that low after going through an open heart procedure. Also one of the nurse told my Dad to put one hand behind on the toilet when sitting because the seat was too low. That contradicts the direction from the surgeon what patient should not reach behind him/her. Post Operation/Sugery care is not good. There should be some videos instructions given to the patient and family members post operation.

1 /5 Zoey Goetsch: Worst experience of my life when only 2 of multiple symptoms were considered, my health conditions not reviewed and after I signed billing paperwork they promised I would “get to speak to a doctor soon” and then checked me out saying it was the “common cold” and called security for asking to speak to a doctor. What was written on my forms was not at all the “common cold” and the 2 issues listed are more complicated with my medical history conditions. Worse though if they had done any scans for my level 10 stomach pains, nausea and vomiting, and back pains besides burning sinuses near my brain (which I mentioned needing emergency surgery over prior for lack of issued antibiotics) they would have saved me a month more more of misery in the results I just got from a CT scan and a Gastroenterologist reading my prior colonoscopy also at Sutter, where the PCP never went over the findings. Turns out it wasn’t “normal” at all. I’ve been unnecessarily living with pain as a result of these people. Having triage count as your doctor consult with only a PA on duty that walks away before you can finish speaking should be criminal. Don’t go here. I needed 2 rounds of antibiotics and steroids just to treat the desk rep’s interpretation of a “common cold” I also may need surgeries. Prepare to be ignored and gaslit.

2 /5 Elyas Malik: I always go to sutter emergency, and they had a good doctor. Now, the nurses are very nice but the doctor doesn’t have good experience with medical because he didn’t care about problems the patient have. When the doctor came to check me and my son, his cell phone rings, and he is busy on his phone 3 times, and he didn’t examine properly. I was very sick , and we drove to sutter 2 hours away because my house is away and we stayed there for almost 4 hours and doctor described wrong medication to my son he gave nausea medication but my son was coughing. In my opinion, they should hire doctors who have good experience about medical so they can save people’s life.

5 /5 Jean E Ross: I had a very positive experience and was in and out in close to 3 hours, with 3 different procedures , Every one was courteous and helpful despite being very busy helping many people get whatever the next procedure needed to be. Im grateful for the expertise and kindness by all the people that helped with the procedures I agreed to, to get the information needed regarding my health issue.
