Jody Sypher: Dr. Aoun and staff are absolutely wonderful. (I should have written this sooner). Guess I felt like my little âbest kept secretâ should remain my secret. But he has been such an exceptional medical professional to deal with, its only fair that I share my experience. First you work with his office staff to schedule appointments. Very nice, quick to respond and professional. Canât ask for more. Then meeting with Dr. Aoun solidifies the professionalism and consideration you receive. He really digs in and asks questions, listens, spends time with you and offers ideas and solutions. He is not judgmental or pushy. He always takes the time to go over all the details. You feel like you have the best of both worldsâŚ..a seasoned medical professional and a realistic guy who understands that not everyone has the same needs or the same opinion. I always feel like I can be honest and get an honest response or advise. I trust him completely. Kudos Doc!! I appreciate you!
Elizabeth Saenz: The nurses and front desk were awesome. Dr came in gave me a cortisone shot didnt say anything to me. Being my first time. I expected more then that. The shot didnt work. It didnt look like the one I got from my other Dr. He was like get in get out. He doesnt get no points from me. Didnt like the way he made me feel. I Called back to make a appointment to see him
they put me with someone one else... Not cool...
Mila Ramirez: I come here every month for my refills, the staff is amazing and kind, especially tony whom actually helped me so much to get back on my feet a few months ago I was completely lost came in to the crisis and got greeted with a smile and a very caring individual named tony who helped guide me actually helped me to make a full 360 on my life and now I am recovered/ recovering. With this I say thank you Tony sending you a huge hug
Also thankful for the staff in general they are amazing caring and kind. They have so much patience, and are awesome at there job. Im so beyond thankful to have access to this place.

Jacob Lara: The physicians are pretty good. I prefer some over others, but the front office staff are awful. They never send in appropriate amounts of information to get referrals, prior authorizations, and medications. They claim they do stuff but when you talk to the insurance company they have no records of it happening. It is a regular occurrence across multiple insurances so I am inclined to believe it is the office staff. If this wasnt on par with the rest of the medical professionals unprofessional attitudes and business operations across the high desert I would have searched for another doctor. So they are the best of the bottom of the barrel.
Blessilda Decano: Dr. Ray Bobila is compassionate and knowledgeable. He explains everything in a way that my husband and I understand whatâs going on with our children and how we can help them. Weâve been going to this clinic for a couple of years now and weâve been happy with their services.
jeannie neese: Yes, I started with her Oct. 1 and she never showed up! So for 2 1/2 hours I had Karen, Maria Molina and then waited for the Hospital Doctor! I was having trouble breathing and on strong medication that my eyes need to be checked every 6 months and it has been over a year! And my RA medication for Humira needed a new prescription with the change of the new Dr. only 1 injection left! And sent her 2 appcations and I went in there for the 3 time and still has not turned the app in. Not OCT 20 been asking for several referral since oct 1!!! Have driven down to Desert Hospital 3 times now 30 miles round trip!! And Iâm like her joke!! 2xs spent 2 1/2 hours there!. And I have appointment tomorrow they are telling me to keep!!! So that will be the 4th visit asking for the same referralâs what does the future hold for me!! Iâm 71 years old having to do this on my own and itâs very hard & frustrating all at the same time!!! Itâs hard enough to go through this ones but 4 times now! Why doesnât the Doctor care enough about her patients to take care of what we need the first time. I mean doesnât every show up for her appointmentâs thanks for listening!
