5 /5 Mila Ramirez: I come here every month for my refills, the staff is amazing and kind, especially tony whom actually helped me so much to get back on my feet a few months ago I was completely lost came in to the crisis and got greeted with a smile and a very caring individual named tony who helped guide me actually helped me to make a full 360 on my life and now I am recovered/ recovering. With this I say thank you Tony sending you a huge hug Also thankful for the staff in general they are amazing caring and kind. They have so much patience, and are awesome at there job. Im so beyond thankful to have access to this place. Thank you crisis team.

5 /5 The Budds: You see a few disgruntled reviews for this place sadly from people who dont realize they can only do so much with what they got. I was there yesterday and came in at twelve and got out around 6:30 because they were packed fuller than any term I can make up. Despite that, I had pretty much all the employees apologize to me for the wait and for being patient (on me, not them) I didnt make an appointment and just walked in, so I knew waiting was something I had to do. I needed them and they were there for me even though they had one hell of a workload. They even have snacks for everyone so while people might not think it, they go very out of their way to help everyone who comes in despite a full house or not. Every single one of those workers cares a lot and wants to help those who are in search of it. Thank you for being there, and for anyone else who needs help and is looking for a place that actually cares. This is the one you are looking for.

5 /5 Adria Bruneio: This place can be really busy and the wait times LONG! I mean hours. Rest assured, all of the staff are constantly working their butts off, it’s because resources are spread thin and so many people need help. They have a TV in the waiting area and snacks but I would suggest arriving as early as possible and coming prepared with something to keep you entertained. Maybe like a book or handheld video games or something, I don’t recommend doomscrolling on your phone if you’re having a mental health crisis. I always look forward to seeing Toni at the front desk when I come here, that woman is a beam of sunshine and she does a good job making people feel safe and comfortable. In general, the staff here are very caring and professional and have helped me through dark times.

5 /5 Olivia Herrera: My daughter needed help so I brought her here for faster service. I was greeted by Toni.. she is very caring and lovely. She made us feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. She was attentive and humble. The doctors and nurses were great and very much so professional. Thank you for all your help!! ❤️

4 /5 Eva Torres: Ive gone to the crisis center and I met Toni, shes awesome and the coolest one there! Shes amazing! She loves to feed me and is very respectful! Shes the reason why I love going there!
