2 /5 Rosie Trujillo: My experience... went to ER no hospital beds in their ER. I was told I was being discharged and was taken off IV and after given wrong paperwork. Was there another hour and was given more meds but because IV was taken off they had to give me a shot in my arm and a pill vs in my IV. They were baffled as why my IV was taken off. A few staff (2) were very nice & friendly but the rest you can tell theydid not want to be there. Looks like they dealt with not the greatest patients but those that are there for real reasons... I do not recommend it at all. 1st & last time I go there. I do not feel confident that the staff will try to save my life there. My background is social services and this I would not recommend at all. Sad cause its the only Kaiser Approved hospital in the high dessert. Extremely dissapointed.

5 /5 Wage Jones: So far so good to me. Everyone Ive come in contact with have been attentive and nice and the entire staff comes around frequently.

4 /5 Kimberly Hartley: Dr. Milani was both of my parents doctor. I trust and respect Dr Milani. Most of the nurses and others were very caring and let us know everything that was going on. My Mother was 77. The ICU personnel treated my family with respect and sympathy. I feel that they did their best Rest in Peace, Momma

1 /5 EL MIL: Zero stars if possible you will be here 8 to 12 hrs I suggest going elsewhere even if it involves drive time ,. They take forever literally and the staff is straight garbage no respect and when asking for help nothing but attitude. Was there about 8 hours just to be told that they could give me prescription medication but that they rather not and I could just get over the counter medications. Not sure how my son who had the same symptoms got something prescribed. What probably happened is they didnt do there job properly and didnt want to look foolish and said nothing wrong. Even though I was there coughing up a lung smh ... place needs to be torn down

1 /5 Yesica AM: What makes a hospital a 5 star hospital? Well many things but mainly the nurses and physicians. My emergency room experience was not as good as i was expecting it to be. I was expecting exceptional service and, knowledgeable nurses and practitioners/ physicians. Before i begin i have to say that maintenance staff is GREAT, the most often overlooked are the most professional and respectful. #1: NO one and i mean no one, not the nurses or physician will give you a solid answer to your question, to the point that you become confused, frustrated and wont even be able to trust what a doctors says. I felt as thought the nurses and doctors were not telling me everything i needed to know. And when it comes to my only child , well i want to know everything there is to know.#2 the injection given to my son was apparently administered incorrectly by one of the nurses, i found this out after much research and professional knowledge. How can they can make a mistake on something so simple as an injection?. AND #3 there are a few in the emergency room that make you feel unwelcome .. I think this only happens with the third shift because when i was there for a follow up , 6 am, it seemed as though that shift was way more welcoming and professional. Maybe if they change or train staff this place would be a 5 but for now 1 star. A 5 for maintenance staff.
