1 /5 Melanie Culwell: Is it normal that I got my kid X-ray on Tuesday and its Thursday and still havent got the results? Wheres the urgency? If I wanted to wait 3 days (and counting) I would have just called her primary doctor and made an appointment there. Her wrist could be broken and they could care less. They told me that they were going to call me the following day and never did, Ive called them since and they say "oh we well related the message".

1 /5 Neferure: I took my son here because I thought he had an allergic reaction to medicine he was prescribed. I walked in, and the male receptionist gave me a good vibe, and the man who took my sons vitals. So it was our turn to head to the back, and thats when the good vibes ENDED! We were in the room waiting for the doctor, and my son began to choke off the thrush that was in his mouth. I politely asked if they had something to help me get it out of his throat. The Hispanic lady said ,"No, we dont have anything like that." And she left the room. So I preceded to get it out with my finger. And she came a minute later to offer TISSUE. I said, " No, need i already got it out." Meanwhile, the staff was loud talking about lottery tickets and other irrelevant crap for LONG TIME. Im not exaggerating. The doctor was just ok. After the doctor saw my son, i was waiting for discharge papers. It took FOREVER because they were talking about b.s. instead of handling patients and calling other patients back to see the doctor. They are unprofessional....if it wasnt for the patients, they wouldnt have a job. They are no different from Victor Valley Hospital. They dont care about patients. Why work in health care if patients arent your priority. As Im writing this review in the room STILL waiting for dischargepapers, THEY are still loud and talking nonsense. I cant wait to report this facility. P.s. after FINALLY getting my sons paperwork...i walked out to a black male (Im black myself, just to clarify) employee showing the other loud talking employees crap on his phone. These people are ridiculous. I shouldve checked the reviews first.

1 /5 Claudia Bahena: Sister took my 1 year old and the girl in the front denied her services without permission from mom. I was at work I was 10min away. Okay makes sense sister came to get a permission slip made it in time before 8pm when they closed she got there @7:40. Worker in front locked the door. A patient came out sister went in got denied again was told they where close and worker in the front had security close to my sister for no reason. This is totally unacceptable. How are you turning patients away because you want to go home and to top it off try to scare them with your security while carrying 1 year old that is ill. Do better staff

3 /5 Lisa: This Urgent Care needs funding for more non urgent testing. They can do vitals, urinalysis, listen to breathing with stethoscope, help with some injuries, and sometimes test for strep. They can send home a prescription for antibiotics if needed. They cant help with non urgent kidney stones, blood work, or in office treatments to send patients home and stabilize the condition while there. A lot of modern day urgent cares can already do this and ERs dont like seeing patients for these non emergent issues. This urgent care functions kind of like a waiting room/ school nurses office with slightly more testing but not quite enough to be a modern Urgent Care. They are good with what they are able to do and the doctors are always great with kids and they have lots of compassion.
