I was told I was being discharged and was taken off IV and after given wrong paperwork. Was there another hour and was given more meds but because IV was taken off they had to give me a shot in my arm and a pill vs in my IV. They were baffled as why my IV was taken off. A few staff (2) were very nice & friendly but the rest you can tell theydid not want to be there. Looks like they dealt with not the greatest patients but those that are there for real reasons... I do not recommend it at all. 1st & last time I go there. I do not feel confident that the staff will try to save my life there. My background is social services and this I would not recommend at all. Sad cause its the only Kaiser Approved hospital in the high dessert. Extremely dissapointed.
St. Mary High Desert Family Medicine - Apple Valley - Apple Valley Jumana Oyalade: So many bad reviews…. Yikes. Well mine is the total opposite ! Friendly staff, I go to see the amazing Ob doctor for my pregnancy Dr Moneke ! He has been my Dr for both pregnancies! He is just simply amazing. All the staff are very friendly ! May I mention St Mary Hospital in apple valley the labor and delivery nurses and postpartum unit were all just simply amazing !!! I highly recommend. Office is super clean, plenty of parking. Very nice medical offices !

Dr. Rabe Alhurani - Victorville Michelle Valdez-clenny: He is very good. He looks out for his patients, and actively follows their progress. He acts in the best interest of his his patients.
HealthRus - Victorville Christina Stalter: Full of rude staff. There was a rude nurse, she left me hanging for so long & when I asked nicely when will I take tests
she said “other patients have needs” so am I too I am the patient!
I have been there for over an hour & half to get just tests done. There’s other nurse, he was nice but she left him alone with me to do bloodwork and he just don’t get my blood and keep poke me like he don’t know!
They don’t respect me but HER attitude & keep speak with masks cover when I told them repeat that I’m deaf.
I decide to walk out and go to different urgent care to get respect & rightful cares.
Choice Medical Group - Apple Valley Jennable Rose: They refuse to remove incorrect health data on patients. Terrible doctors who give a diagnosis without doing any tests whatsoever! If you have a CHOICE dont choose this medical group.
Dr. Arash Milani MD Victorville CA - Primary Care Victorville CA - Victorville Dominique Bram: Ive been going here for over a decade. The Drs are great, but the new office staff is completely useless! They hired new people within the last year or so, that DONT do their job! Jo and Carol seem to be the only ones who help with anything. Having to wait 3 WEEKS for a STAT referral thats supposed to take 72 hours, or having to call REPEATEDLY for a prescription refill on a med that I need to take daily is really unacceptable. The office Manager SAID, SHE would make sure it was handled and it STILL wasnt done. Calls into the office take 15+ minutes JUST to be answered! Regardless of what you need. Messages left arent answered without repeated calls for days! They USED TO have a fantastic staff! Time for another staff change, or Ill be filling a complaint the next time I have an issue. They like to pass the buck, instead of doing their jobs! I really dont want to have to look for a new Dr, because I really do love my Dr there. But the staff keeps him from being able to do HIS job properly! PLEASE Dr Milani, get a new office Manager and whoever is in charge of referrals and refills, theyre NOT doing their jobs!!!
Heritage Victor Valley Medical Group: High Desert - Victorville Jasmine Candelario: I have had a wonderful experience with heritage medical group urgent care. But last night really did it for me. Yesterday my son was sick, we couldn’t put his sweater back on and they offered us a blanket as we left so he wouldn’t be cold. The whole time they were so kind, and gentle with him. I am truly appreciative to have been met with so much kindness for my child and myself last night. Special shout out to his nurse Jasmin And Rocio who helped with his IV and to keep him as calm as possible during the insertion.
HERITAGE VICTOR VALLEY MEDICAL GROUP - Urgent Care - Victorville Craig Smith: The doctor was great and took care of me when I was sick. I think thats the only thing you want when you are sick and go to the doctors correct? Ms Mendiola (the doctor), made me feel comfortable and at ease. Shes addressed all my concerns and it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you very much!
St. Mary High Desert Primary Care - Victorville - Victorville Penny C: I saw Dr. Maria Potes for a well women exam. I will never see her again. I wouldnt even call it an exam. She is the reason people get over looked for health issues. She didnt listen to anything I asked about or my concerns for family health history or previous testing, she didnt even look at the paper I filled out in her hand and was putting whatever she wanted in the computer . I felt she was in a hurry and wasnt thorough. I complained to the front desk and the She called me 30 mins later and still didnt give what I asked for or addressed what I was concerned about. I then had a "Supervisor
named Yvonne talk to me and then she was gaslighting me telling me i was to young to have what i have going on , which is completely false. Extremely disappointed. This appointment was super important and hoping I could finally get some answers, after waiting a month to get seen and then refered to her. Her nurse Elizabeth was super friendly , I appreciated her kindness. Thats the only positive thing I can say about that visit.
