1 /5 Jacob Lara: The physicians are pretty good. I prefer some over others, but the front office staff are awful. They never send in appropriate amounts of information to get referrals, prior authorizations, and medications. They claim they do stuff but when you talk to the insurance company they have no records of it happening. It is a regular occurrence across multiple insurances so I am inclined to believe it is the office staff. If this wasnt on par with the rest of the medical professionals unprofessional attitudes and business operations across the high desert I would have searched for another doctor. So they are the best of the bottom of the barrel.
