5 /5 Lilian Hendricks: I just love Dr. Western and Angelica. Dr. Western is so open minded. I like to try natural remedies first before medications and he makes me feel that he totally supports that. I feel comfortable sharing with him what I do to take control of my health because he doesnt judge or shut down my ideas. I love going to a doctor who lets his patients be proactive in their care. Angelica is an "angel". She always has a welcoming tone when I call to set an appointment. I kept forgetting her name and she was so patient when I asked her again.

1 /5 Casey Emfinger: I have been seeing Dr Western for a couple years now. Up until now I have only been seen for checkups and have had no problems. I went in a week ago with intense pain on the right side of my head. The dr referred me to a surgeon for biopsy and prescribed meds. It’s been a week and I still do not have an appointment with the dr referred. I had to call multiple times and then had to call Dr western’s office again to ask them to make sure the referral went through. I took the meds prescribed and had an adverse reaction, I felt dizzy and agitated. When I called the Dr to report these feelings, he just said that that’s what he prescribes and offered NO other solution. Although I liked the Dr, but his ignoring my reaction to the medication is inexcusable. I will now have to find another primary care provider.

5 /5 Pamela Desert: Dr Western has been my doctor for so long I don’t even remember when I first started seeing him….but at least 20 years. I have not one thing negative to say about him or his staff. I have always gotten call backs and referrals quickly. Dr Western is that rare doctor who listens and takes his time with you. I never have the feeling of being rushed. Angelica s a blessing …she calls me by name and always has a cheerful word. I love the confidential energy from this office and feel my concerns are always considered carefully and thoroughly. I highly recommend this office if you are new to the desert, changing insurance, or just tired of the same-o, same-o. I have recommended many people, friends and family, and they are all extremely happy with their choice.

He takes his time to interact with his patients. He treats his patient as a whole human being, not merely just a client, a perfect family doctor.
