1 /5 Angelica Childs: I brought in my Toyota Corolla for a brake pad replacement and was told the job had been completed. However, after some concerns, I took my car to a different shop only to find out the brake pads had never been replaced. This is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about the honesty and integrity of this business. I would not recommend them based on my experience

1 /5 Aurelio Calderon: Took my Ford Explorer to get a timing chain done. My vehicle was in great condition inside and out. Upon arriving I spoke to the main owner and told him that there is two chains that needed to be replaced. He laughed and said that it only had one and we went back and forth until he realized it did have two chains. That should’ve been the first red flag. They took in my car and began the repairs, a week or so went by and I picked up my vehicle and everything was fine. I took a trip the next day where I needed to go through Yosemite. It’s about a 4 hour trip to my destination. Everything was fine until the brake rotors started to heat up. THEY WERE HOT. Why are my brake rotors glowing red when that wasn’t even the reason I took in my car. This isn’t even the worst part, my vehicle started to develop a loud tick and progressively got worse. Turned off my car and turned it back on. There it was again, ROD KNOCK. Paid well over $3,000 worth of repairs for a timing chain. Vehicle is totaled. The owner promised he would get me a new engine and he realized how much it would cost he changed his mind and told me to come pick up the car. Called BAR and tried getting a lawyer involved and nothing. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. There are better repair shops in town.

1 /5 Savannah Martinez: Did not personally go here however, I purchased a truck recently that had the transmission rebuilt by this establishment. the rebuild was in 2023. This was my problem for trusting the dude I bought it from also, so not blaming anyone else. however, the transmission had under 4,000 miles on it before it completely went out. which if it was done with quality labor, knowledge and parts this would not have happened. the rebuild was 2/07/23. the transmission fully went out today 2/15/25. and has been showing signs of slipping since long before that. choose elsewhere for any detrimental work needed because you only get 1 year warranty.
