5 /5 Sal Moe (moesal): Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, went out of their way to find the best deal on tires, and reduce labor costs through combining the labor already performed in multiple services.... quote was around 900 less than other places for everything.... will update review after appointment.
***update*** picked up my truck today, stellar service, great communication, they called to verify everything before doing anything, and even let me know what services I was ready to pay for and expected for this older truck.... but didnt need... I "3rd party"purchased a leveling kit to ensure front wheel clearance and remove the rake from my truck for a true level, (most places wont install leveling kits unless you buy from them) ..... work and five kids had me so busy i didnt have the time to install it myself, Badasci, was like " bruh, we got you" ...and the tech even had the girls call me and send me pics to show that my truck was level without the rear blocks installed so i decided to not have them install the rear blocks, then the girls even said if I change my mind later, Badasci would install them for free... I was originally going go to a place that does offroad fab around here where I had brought another one of my trucks, but the other place seemed to speed through the work and not even care about result or customer satisfaction, so I tried Badasci... Im glad I did.... first place in "Cenval" where the business/ management side and the techs/ mechanics had a grasp of what eachother had to do, and where to save a customer on labor charges... first place I found that had techs that figured, " hey Im already working on this part, might as well inspect everything around it without charging, since its on the lift anyway"... when I dropped my truck off, got calls, or even picked my truck up, I kept waiting for some kind of bu//$hit, or someone to try to sell me on something I didnt need, and instead the office ( business / management) side... did the opposite and just kept saving me money... if you are tired of shady @$$ people trying to rip you off everytime you dont have time to fix your vehicle yourself... you should probably check out this Badasci place....
TLDR:
No Drama, No ego, Installs some 3rd party parts, saves you money on labor when possible, proffessionals that act like neighbors in the Midwest, no cons.
