    J. Hatcher: I had manifolds replaced and diff fluid changed - 6 months later, exhaust is leaking and so is the diff cover that they smeared sealant all over. Sorry Art but this is shoddy work dude. Definitely not worth the $6000 price tag and month in the shop. I only gave you the second star because you did manage to get the broken exhaust stud out.

    Marie Leau: My insurance sent me to Caliber Collision and they did not disappoint. From the moment of drop off on a Friday afternoon with Mr Armando to the second of pick-up that Tuesday with Ms Teresa and Mr Armando, I was treated with the upmost respect and care. Turnaround time for repairs were estimated to be a week but they got it done in 48 hrs. Great job with repair and paint job, looks like I was never rear ended. The consistency of communication for updates via text and call was amazing. They even offered to stay open a little later to give me time to come and pickup my ready vehicle since I had to find care for my newborn son who was ill. Certainly don’t plan on going anywhere but Caliber Collision for future auto repair business. Amazed and super grateful for this entire team.

    Jasper Hardwick: Really enjoyed their service! Brent was very determined to fix my car after I expressed my frustration with other mechanics. Their prices aren’t bad either which is a plus. I highly recommend. Brent came out got the car powered up, took it to his shop, fixed the car in two days and Ive been driving it since. Please call them if you guys need work done! Brent even called me a few days later to ask if everything has been good. Awesome customer service!

    Ryan Zufelt: We purchased a set of Michelin tires for our 2019 Subaru. After just less than a year one of the tires developed multiple bubbles along the sidewall. When we reached out for assistance, we were told that because we had only selected the "standard" package, the tire could not be replaced through their store. We clarified that we were not seeking coverage through the store’s warranty program, but rather through the manufacturer’s warranty. Despite this, we were informed that we would need to contact the manufacturer ourselves. While waiting in the lobby, we reached out to Michelin directly, who instructed us to bring the tire to an authorized inspector - specifically, Pep Boys. When we explained this to the representative at the store, he said he didn’t know how to contact Michelin to warranty then out and asked us to wait for his manager to arrive in about 30 minutes. Once the manager arrived, we were told that they would not contact the manufacturer on our behalf because we hadn’t purchased the extended warranty through Pep Boys. Additionally, they stated they did not believe the issue was due to a manufacturing defect, though they offered a 10% discount on a replacement tire. Based on our experience, I would recommend considering other retailers. The representative seemed poorly informed, and the manager was unprofessional and dismissive throughout the interaction.

    Julissa: I dropped my car off in october and was originally told repairs would take around 3 days due to minor damage. After a couple weeks I heard absolutely nothing so I had to call only to be told they were still waiting on a part. I understand that they have no control over when the parts arrive. It’s just frustrating that it is now April and the part is still not there. The fact that they originally said it’d take 3 days turned into 6 months is ridiculous. They are also horrible at communicating. Every time I would call I would get told that they would call me back but no one ever would. Every single update I’ve gotten was because I was the one who called. Very disappointed.

They matched the paint perfectly, and you cant even tell there was any damage. What impressed me most was their attention to detail – they even cleaned the interior of my car! While I hope I dont need auto body work again anytime soon, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Caliber Collision in Armona to anyone in need of quality repairs and excellent customer service.
