2 /5 Julissa: I dropped my car off in october and was originally told repairs would take around 3 days due to minor damage. After a couple weeks I heard absolutely nothing so I had to call only to be told they were still waiting on a part. I understand that they have no control over when the parts arrive. It’s just frustrating that it is now April and the part is still not there. The fact that they originally said it’d take 3 days turned into 6 months is ridiculous. They are also horrible at communicating. Every time I would call I would get told that they would call me back but no one ever would. Every single update I’ve gotten was because I was the one who called. Very disappointed.

1 /5 Cassandra Gonzalez: Never bring your car here! I have an SUV I waited three weeks to fix the driver side (back seat) door. After the first week I never got a follow up on my vehicle, called and they gave me the run around and then said it will be ready by Friday that “it’s in paint”. Showed up that Friday and they said they’re still working on it. 2nd week still no follow up; called and they said it will be ready by that Friday; so I showed up that Friday and my vehicle had a scratch on the door!!!! Yes the replacement door had a scratch & the plastic panels on the bottom of my vehicle were lose and not secured (which are still loose to this day) I then told him I’m not going to pay for this until it’s fixed. Week later got my car back at this point I needed my car because I took 2 weeks of vacation to get this fixed and noticed my car needed a battery, out of the blue & my headlights were worn out ! Prior to sending my car in I didn’t have foggy lights. My vehicle is a 2018 and I do NOT wash my car through car washes, I pressure wash my car myself. I hate to say this but I really feel they traded parts from my car.

2 /5 Gabriella Moules: I debated on putting a review for a while, but I decided I will because I wish someone would have told me about a bad experience with this place. I took my car here after a hit and run and they seemed like super nice people so I had a lot of trust with them. After about a week of waiting, I got my car back and I was not please at all. They replaced my bumper completely, but the NEW bumper they put on already had a blemish on it in the corner from (what I assume) assembling it on. There was also noticeable marks between the metal and tail light. They left overspray on my tail light and some spots of my clear coat was lifting up. My bumper also seemed as if it wasn’t clipped in all the way because it was out more than what it was before the damage. After informing them of how upset I was with their job, they were totally understanding and told me to take it in and I would have it back the next day. When I got it back it was in better shape, but there was a new small blemish on the bumper. It was very minor so I let it slide, but I wish my car was as perfect as it could be. The bumper was clipped in better this time. There was also a thin strip of paste on my car in the front and I tried to remove it myself but it was super sticky and didn’t come off all the way so I told them and they told me they don’t use paste but I know that it wasn’t from me driving it... they did take it off but the guy tried to say it looked like I ran something over, which I highly doubt because there was nothing on my tire and it just didn’t seem possible in my opinion. If you’re a perfectionist and love your car as much as I do, then I would not recommend this place.
