1 /5 Leisha Reed: The customer service and staff here is atrocious. I had an appointment scheduled for 5 months. I received a call 24 hours before saying they are having staffing issues and need to reschedule. I wait on hold a for 20 minutes, the representative that answered was immediately rude, condescending and just mean. I started the call not upset but after talking to her and being told if I don’t like being scheduled again 5 months out I can go else where. To work in a field where patients may receive some of the worst news of their lives and have zero compassion is unacceptable. I know it’s just a job to them but we go to hospitals and doctors for help; not feel like we’re the burden. I requested to speak with a manger and she told me I was just mad because I had to reschedule. And then cut me off and transferred me to a voicemail. This is just discouraging and disheartening.
