1 /5 Walter V: Worse office. Everyone is all over the place including dr. No help what’s so ever.

1 /5 Drea Riv: My doctor was very sweet, however if you call for any information or help you might not receive it. One of the girls who answers calls is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I have been waiting for my medication to be authorized for 3 weeks. I have been calling every week and the staff notifies me that they have sent it to my insurance. I called my insurance today and they have not received anything from my doctors office.

1 /5 Manuel Blanco: If there was any possible way of putting no stars I would do just that. A family member called there who is a regular patient asking for their ill child to be seen on a cash basis. They were told that the child cannot be seen because they do not accept cash payments. First of all their regular patients there and secondly Ive never seen a clinic turn down a form of payment. These people have not returned our calls. Were reporting them to the various state agencies and giving them bad reviews on social network.

5 /5 Diana Sanders: My family and myself have been seeing Dr. Mahdi and his staff since my son was about 6 months old. My son is now graduating from high school. Our insurance plans have changed over the years and we keep choosing to use Dr. Mahdi and his staff. Throughout the years my husband and myself have had our share of medical problems and RFP have been awesome getting us to the specialist that we needed to see. I highly recommend Dr. Mahdi and his staff. I am very please with the services they provide my family and myself.
