1 /5 Nohely Williams: I have knocked , and few months ago I went in for my first consultation with high hopes of help. I’m 33 years old and I was born with knocked knees. The staff is great and Javier is the only nice person there. The Dr that was referred to me was Dhalla and since the very first day he seemed like as if it was his first time in the office . Every visit I had , and it was only 3-4 visits he asked me the same questions, didn’t give me any pain medicine told me to go to my primary Dr. He ordered knee brace that I took to my trip and used it for a month and told him it doesn’t help. I told him other pain in my legs I had Due to the knocked knees, he told me I had to tell my primary dr for all this told me to ask them for ctscans and so forth. I did I got appointments for MRI of my hips ankles and knees. Also he kept telling me about my weight reduction I told him that every time I came in he told me or asked my the same questions, I’ve been through a weight loss journey I’ve lost 65 lbs within the last year. I told him I needed help !! I told him I have pain from the moment I wake up till I go to sleep. He asked me in a rudely manner where the pain was I told him from my knees to my ankles and he asked me the same questions again so your 33 and you weight and the pain is in so and so and now your ankles does not make sense. I said of course I’m 33 yrs old from the wear and tear of my knees now my ankles are suffering. I asked him if he can help or not. Not even rude just I’m tired of all this and I need help!! He was offended when I asked him if he can help or not, then he said he can perform surgery and this is what me and my husband had been asking him for but first he wanted to push in physical therapy, the knee brace, more consultations ! Does he think I want him to touch me after being rude with his words? I am definitely going to reach out to my insurance and the medicine board of his behavior and I spoke to the office manager because I was so hurt !! I have a problem with my knees since I was born!!! I am a patient!!! For him to treat me like I am nothing , to find another dr , was the worst experience ever at a medical facility. I had high hopes of help and he totally sent me home with unfixed knees, and broken hopes. Hope he fixes the way he treats patients! Doesn’t deserve any stars.
