2 /5 Ari H: Impossible to get a timely appointment. Everything requires a referral which takes from a few weeks to a few months. My experience with care has been disjointed. My PCP works 2 days a week and gives great care but I was outsourced to Arlanza for a referral and the care was less than appropriate. The transition from Borrego to Neighborhood has made this doctor’s office much less accessible and astute.

1 /5 Sophie R: Pretty upset. Took me over 2 weeks to get an appointment to see an obgyn. my first appointment was a JOKE. I thought I was going to have an ultrasound done or my blood work done as I am nearing 10 weeks. None happened. Asked me some questions and said next appointment is an "orientation" to go over what to expect and my birthing plan and the appointment after that is an ultrasound. Um shouldnt you be more concerned about how the baby is doing or my levels? What if the baby isnt okay? Wait to tell me that something is wrong and its too late? Very disappointed! Wish things could have gone better.

2 /5 Vivianna Briano: Borrego is the best but ever since neighborhood healthcare took over its just been a complete hassle Ive been off of my Ive been off of my medication for 9 days now waiting on a prior authorization I dont think it has anything to do with the doctors I think it has everything to do with the people who are working in the office. Doctors are fine because they came from borrego but as far as neighborhood healthcare nah these arent even the same stuff as it was borrego. Borrego staff was way better unfortunately they didnt carry over into the transition. Even the nurses that draw blood are better theyve never left me with bruises this place always leaves me with bruises. I saw somebody defending them at the top comments claiming it was a five-star its obvious that they work here and theyre talking about people being ghetto complaining while being first-timers..No. Honey were not in San Bernardino were in Riverside so we know that Youre childish and full of it.
