I have never waited to be seen more than 10 minutes, the office staff is very professional, nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dr. Mikhail takes time to listen to my concerns and answers them both efficiently and courteously. I am a senior citizen, and will not change my insurance benefits because I want to be assured that I keep Dr Mikhail as my physician, he also does not hesitate to give referrals to other specialists as needed. An excellent physician and staff.His nurse, Melita is awesome as well. I highly recommend Dr Mikhail.

1 /5 Sarah Justus: Long waits for scheduling an appointment. Prepare to spend at least 2 hours waiting for your scheduled appointment to take place. Office staff are rude and lack customer service completely. The doctor will interrupt your appointment to respond to his texts. He actually answered his cell phone and had a conversation in the middle of my appointment this week. If you question his methods, he will yell at you. Pathetic. Nurses forget to send your paperwork, or forget to call you back with results for days. On-call physician isnt terribly helpful and isnt authorized to do anything for you. Not a great facility, take your family anywhere else but here.

1 /5 Melly: Just got off the phone with Dr. Mikhail I am a home health nurse and I needed a referral for one of my patients he was so rude during the phone call and was mad because I didn’t no his fax number as if it was inconveniencing him to give it to me. As professionals are commons goal is to take care of are patients and get what they need , if your going to be mad about a nurse calling to get what is needed for the patient you might be in the wrong field.
