Raincross Medical Group: Priya Kunaseelan, MD - Riverside Maryah Harwood: My insurance assigned me to this office as my primary care provider on October 1st. After calling over 5 times, leaving messages to make a new patient appointment I never once got a call back and had to request a new primary. My insurance opened an investigation in regards to it. Avoid this office if you’re looking for quality care cause clearly not calling a patient back for a month, shows where they stand on that aspect.

Tarek Mahdi, MD, CMD, FAAFP - Riverside Marvely Nunez: Horrible staff I was literally 1 minute late I called the office and told them if it was ok if I can be a bit late I’m coming from Perris it’s raining and traffic was horrible, the lady on the phone said theirs a 15 minute grace period understandable mind you my daughter has had a cold for over a week and got pink eye, once arrived the lady opens the door and says “you have to reschedule” I ask her if the doctor can see her at all I’ll even wait “straight no” lady has no sympathy whatsoever nasty person
Desert Regional Medical Center - Palm Springs Alina: I LOVE this hospital. I had my son here 7 years ago and just got out of surgery for gallbladder removal yesterday. The Nurse Ellen I think her name is? Shes from Ireland and shes the sweetest, most patient, gentle and understanding person. Shes so genuine and sweet, Im so glad she picked this field of work because we do need people like her working in these facilities. I was so comfortable and taken care of the entire time. Procedure was fast and thorough. I just wish the doctor gave me a little more information about my recovery and medicine for post-opp. But everything else went well. Everyone there was friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you all.
