5 /5 Jeannie LaCues: Dr. Kane is amazing! A wealth of knowledge and a kind, caring heart. He has saved 3 of what I assume must be the 9 lives Ive been given. My husband and I have been lucky enough to be his patients for 30+ years.

4 /5 Quarterspeed: I have seen Dr Kane for many years now. I have never had a better primary care doctor. He is always on top of it and there has never been any problem communicating with him. The nurses and/or aids are also great each and every time I go there. They are friendly and professional. The back office is always outstanding. The problem occurs when its time to schedule an appointment. The receptionist Robin is rude, unpleasant, very difficult to deal with, untrustworthy, and seems to think she is the person who gets to decide if you get to see Dr. Kane. She seems to have some control issues as well as being extremely judgmental. I have had to call the back office on several occasions to get a timely appointment or any appointment at all. It seems as though she judges if you are worthy to see the doctor and if she deems you unworthy you dont get in and are told to go to urgent care. This has happened several times. On one occasion I needed a letter from the Dr. I submitted the required paperwork and paid a small fee. A short time later I started calling about the letter and always got the same response. The item is on his desk and will be done as soon as he is able. Finally a year later when I saw the Dr. I asked him about it. He had no knowledge of the letter at all. After telling him about the letter and how I was treated it was in my hand in 10 minutes It turned out Robin never gave him the request to start with. I know of many complaints about her but somehow she is still there. Dr Kane is outstanding, Just be aware of the creature at the front desk.

5 /5 Angela Bain: I have to say our family absolutely loves this office. Dr. Kane is always great at answering questions, offering options and really showing he cares about our family. He has been my husbands primary care physician since he was a child, then became mine as an adult and has been our sons since birth. (My son is 9 now and suffers from severe allergies that turn into sinus infections 2-3 times per year). We have ALWAYS been able to get an appointment when needed. The staff is spot on 100% of the time. I do not have a list of every persons name, but I can tell you they are ALL great. Robyn (spelling may be wrong) is always helpful when I call and she tries her best to get us in when we have a last minute situation. If not that same morning or afternoon, then the next day for sure. Also, the offices are pristine. There are no odd fragrances (this matters when you have allergies); the offices are always immaculate: clean floors, bathrooms, etc. Simply THE BEST. There is not one negative thing I could say re this practice. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Dr. Kane, Robyn and Staff! Has calmed my google-inspired concerns on several occassions and most importantly accurately diagnosed a condition most would have missed (hiatal hernia with vagus nerve complex)...that mimics heart attack type symptoms. Hes a solid, experienced good Dr.
