4 /5 arwa Sh: My experience at Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center during my delivery was truly exceptional. From the very first moment, I felt comfortable and well taken care of by the entire medical staff. The rooms were clean and equipped with the latest technology, and the staff was both kind and professional. The morning shift was outstanding, providing exceptional care and attentiveness. However, the evening shift did not quite meet the same level of expectations as the morning team. One of the highlights was that they allowed the baby to stay with us in the room at all times, which made the experience even more special. They also offered a wide range of meal options to suit different preferences. The staff provided thorough information before every step and gave a comprehensive explanation of post-delivery care and guidance on how to take care of the baby. I am grateful to everyone for making this wonderful experience possible and safe for me and my baby.

5 /5 溜娃记绿叶小贝: I gave birth to my second child at this hospital, and overall, the experience was quite positive. Most of the doctors and nurses were very good, although there was one nurse who seemed a bit indifferent. The postpartum recovery room was slightly cold, but other than that, I was quite satisfied with everything. The most memorable part of my experience was meeting a particularly nice nurse named Lindzey during labor. She often chatted with me cheerfully to help me relax, and when she learned that my husband wouldnt make it in time for the birth, she reassured me by saying, "Its okay, Ill be right here with you during the birth. Everything will be fine." She even took many photos of the baby from various angles right after the birth. Overall, its a really good hospital, and I would recommend it to anyone considering giving birth here.

5 /5 Elizabeth Ibarra: Thank you to the following ladies in labor and delivery- Meagan, Queen, Leslie, Giselle, Kristina, Erica, Teresa! Thank you to Hailey and Shelly in Maternity! Thank you to Heidi and Teresa in NICU! All of you were so sweet, caring and attentive! You made the birth/delivery of my baby boy Carter a very sweet and memorable moment! We were admitted on 02/04/25 for an induction and discharged 02/09/25. Baby boy was in the NICU for two days and the nurses made sure he was 100% and doing good. Every time I went to see him he was constantly progressing and to that I thank you ladies!

1 /5 Tabita Damaris Tirla: From my experience this place its not a hospital its a prison. Most of the people that are working there dont have passion for others people in need. We lived in a darkness society where job and money are the most immediate priority more then life of a mom and a daughter that need medical attention. God have mercy on them. I forgiven them and Im thankful that Im alive.

LaDoris Boozer: I love my primary doctor. Shes wonderful. Thats why I gave two stars. But to get an appointment you go several months out and then 2 days before your appointment they call and say oh we have to reschedule. And the excuses can range anything from older doctors retiring too. Theyre not going to be here. Ive been going to that facility since 2001. It was fantastic. Up until about 2-3 years. I need to see a specialist immediately and so does my husband and we cant get appointments for 4 or 5 months out. Thats ridiculous. And trying to contact the administration office to find out whats going on with the facility. Why are there no doctors available and they wont even respond. Ive been looking into finding another medical facility because this is getting to be ridiculous.

A. Nichelle: Had My first born here and as a new mom definitely had my fears but I had such a positive experience giving birth here ! Verna was my midwife and she was absolutely amazing throughout my whole pregnancy all the way to labor! I felt comfortable and informed of everything going on. She even went over my birth plan with me ! My nurse was Brandi and she did an excellent job assisting me through all the stages of labor! Completely felt I was in safe hands. I absolutely loved the team I had for my labor and delivery. Postpartum care was top tier as well !

Brenda Best: I had set up the appointment 1 month ahead to meet new primary care doctor. Drove in from Arizona to make appointment. They called and canceled that morning. They asked if I could come next day. I agreed. The next morning they moved me again to a different doctor. I told them this was 2nd time in 2 days they had done this. I went. Doctor I met was nice, but I need more reliable appointments. I won’t be back.

Bailey Smith: night staff is incredibly rude, nobody in this facility speaks to you like a human being besides one woman whom i never caught the name of. they dont actually care about your progress they just want you to say what they want to hear. no calls are remotely private, any call i had to make was to be made nowhere but the main room where all of the other patients are , in front of multiple staff. the staff members were speaking on the phone incredibly late at night in the room where the patients sleep, speaking about a patients sexual assault story. the nurses would get mad when asked the time, despite there being no clocks. not to mention several patients being grouped together in a room no larger than a living room, all ages, all different issues was incredibly uncomfortable. the patients would often try to antagonize each-other but no nurses or staff would intervene. this was the least helpful, most unprofessional "hospital" setting ive ever encountered. this facility does not care about their patients wellbeing they want a paycheck. do not send your loved ones here if you want to know how they actually feel.

Tracy Merrill: Overall, the facility is about as good as can be expected from these type of facilities. The people are very nice. This review is for one Nurse specifically. Her name is Alexis. Every time I see her she is smiling. My family is very active here for our Mom and we ask a lot. Alexis always nods and just does what we ask. She keeps a smile on her face and she is very pleasant to have. A lot of these care providers are very skilled. Some not so much but it is what it is. It’s hard to watch my Mom always appear to be in distress but it’s not their fault. Warphen is also very nice. He does his best to accommodate the guests and their families. I wish my mom didn’t have to be here but a lot of these folks are doing their best.

Kaytlin Huerta: This was horrible, today I went to my appointment at exactly 8:10am they gave me the sign to sign and they brought me into a room fast but they weren’t so fast and attending me, they left me and the translator in the room for an 1 hour and 30 minutes without any notice or of how long everything would take. Not only that when the doctor came inside today she was horrible! She gave us so much attitude I asked her why it took her an hour and 30 minutes and she was being so rude about it, when my translator was explaining what the doctor was saying the doctor kept talking over her and not let my translator explain everything well. She kept giving my translator dirty looks and asking if she even understand what she was saying? As well she made my translator late to her next appointment, then the doctor was so rude to her nurse? This type of care was unacceptable because the doctor didn’t even say her name or have a badge explaining who and where she from. At this point she might not even be a real doctor. I am leaving this place and never coming back.! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Eileen Takayama: My experience with Dr. Solis has been nothing short of excellent. He’s extremely professional and listens to every concern I have. He truly cares about his patients health. He follows up with labs and is very thorough when it comes to getting to the root problem and addressing my concerns. I’ve been to several other doctors in the past and even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, his office is completely worth it. The entire staff (front and back) are great. I would highly recommend his office if you’re looking for quality care! Thank you Dr. Solis and staff.
