1 /5 David N.: Simple, DO NOT COME HERE! The scheduling department is the worst - they consistently fail to honor appointments made months in advance and reaching them is nearly impossible. Overall service is poor with endless wait times. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

5 /5 Joann Saylor: Dr. Christensen was my Dr. at another facility and I was saddened to hear that he was leaving that facility. I have recently gotten new insurance and Dr. C was on the list of providers, so I immediately made an appt w him! Dr. C is kind, patient and truly listens to what you have to say. I have never been rushed or felt that he didnt care or that I was just another patient. He takes the time to listen. My son also sees Dr. C. I would recommend Dr. C. to anyone! Im really glad to have found him again!

5 /5 Lacy Robitzer: Dr. Christensen, makes sure to take the time to answer all questions. He does not push medication and gives us all the options to fix problems before as a last resort medication. The office staff is helpful and follow up is easy.

After calling over 5 times, leaving messages to make a new patient appointment I never once got a call back and had to request a new primary. My insurance opened an investigation in regards to it. Avoid this office if you’re looking for quality care cause clearly not calling a patient back for a month, shows where they stand on that aspect.

Marvely Nunez: Horrible staff I was literally 1 minute late I called the office and told them if it was ok if I can be a bit late I’m coming from Perris it’s raining and traffic was horrible, the lady on the phone said theirs a 15 minute grace period understandable mind you my daughter has had a cold for over a week and got pink eye, once arrived the lady opens the door and says “you have to reschedule” I ask her if the doctor can see her at all I’ll even wait “straight no” lady has no sympathy whatsoever nasty person

Flo Haynes: I thought Dr. Oh was a wonderful Doctor until he gave me two cortisone injections but only wrote down he gave me one. :( Then the one in the shoulder collasped my lung. I went to Urgent Care 3 hours after the procedure to a PA who could care less!! I asked for an x-ray and she said nope!! I was having difficulty breathing and standing straight up or walking. Couldnt lay down as I couldnt breath. I contacted his office at 8:30 am the day after the procedure and he didnt call me until 5:30 pm and said he thinks I have a collasped lung but there is nothing he could do for it and to go get a chest xray the next morning!! REALLY!! I did and my lung was 75% collasped. He called 3 hours later (said he put a stat rush on the xray I was there at 9 am) and told me to go directly to the hospital as they were going to have to admit me and put a chest tube in. I was in the hospital for 5 days. When I called his office that morning I told them I was having difficulty breathing and all the other symptoms--you would have thought he would have called and sent me directly to the hopsital then. Dont trust him---always have someone else go in with you and make sure you check your records for accuracy!!

Roman S Terry: Nothing but the best care...no complaints. Not sure if I always held this hospital in that high a standard though over the past three years have softened my attitude seeing that they really do have great doctors some exceptional. The dining menu is good too if one is admitted.
