Maryah Harwood My insurance assigned me to this office as my primary care provider on October 1st. After calling over 5 times, leaving messages to make a new patient appointment I never once got a call back and had to request a new primary. My insurance opened an investigation in regards to it. Avoid this office if you’re looking for quality care cause clearly not calling a patient back for a month, shows where they stand on that aspect.

Savannah Cast Dr. Kunaseelan is the best Physician I have ever had. I am so grateful I picked her as my primary care. I am in and out within 30 mins most appointments. The longest Ive had to wait was 30 minutes. She comes into the room right away and genuinely listens to my concerns. I referred my mom to her because she is one of the best doctors. Im so sad that shes not an OB/GYN because Id only trust her with any future pregnancy. If you need a primary care physician and are worried about not picking the right one, pick Dr. Kunaseelan!

Amin Momeni They keep sending me bills in the mail for an annual check up thats covered 100% by insurance. Tried to resolve this issue with them, but they dont respond to my emails/phone calls. Next time you go in for a visit, know that it doesnt matter if you mention you are there for an annual check up a thousand times to everyone you see in their office because they are going to charge you and your insurance for a 5 min visit where the physician does not even know how to use a manual blood pressure device.

He bends over backwards to make sure you have the best care. The staff is so nice and super helpful. This place shows compassion and kindness to their patients. Susan Miller It was a great experience the minute my mom and I walked in. Front office staff are friendly and helpful. Anna took us back and she was so great with my mom, taking her vitals, etc. Then we met with Dr. Nurick. He’s professional, friendly and very thorough. He explains things in a direct and understandable manner. My mom and I feel confident moving forward with Dr. Nurick and his team.

Brenda Best I had set up the appointment 1 month ahead to meet new primary care doctor. Drove in from Arizona to make appointment. They called and canceled that morning. They asked if I could come next day. I agreed. The next morning they moved me again to a different doctor. I told them this was 2nd time in 2 days they had done this. I went. Doctor I met was nice, but I need more reliable appointments. I won’t be back.

Clarence dodson During my 3 months at the Cancer Center the customer service was great. They all way had bottle water and snacks for patients that were waiting. The doctors were great on information. Only issue I have is the wait. You have a set time you have to be there, however you would wait an extra 15 to 30 minuets.

Kimberly Chick Everyone I spoke to here from the office staff to the doctor were lovely. The doc allowed me to grill him with every question I had with complete patience. My mom, the patient, gets confused and he just spent as much time as she needed explaining everything to her. I love this place, 10 out 10 wound recommend. We are scared not knowing what is going to happen, and they were all just so reassuring. Outstanding example of what healthcare should look like, and not something I see often anymore. We are so blessed to have been referred here, well done to every single person in this office, thank you so much for what you do.

K peebles I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. I received a call from the office saying that my insurance doesnt cover psychiatry. Not true. So I asked what the cost for cash pay. She said $600. Outrageous. Follow up $300. What robbery for people who are in need of help. So sad.

David N. Simple, DO NOT COME HERE! The scheduling department is the worst - they consistently fail to honor appointments made months in advance and reaching them is nearly impossible. Overall service is poor with endless wait times. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
