5 /5 Robert Gomez: I have been a resident here for 6 months now and all I can say is that this is the best place in Palm Springs. The staff is caring and patient they soon become family. I have received great care and service. The girls Maggie and Maya in social services are sweethearts and make sure I have everything I need as a long term resident. I am grateful and lucky to have found a home here at palm springs Healthcare.

5 /5 Tina Soriano: Navigating the care of our elderly loved ones is emotionally challenging. My mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer. When her cognition declined we had to find 24 hr care for her. Seeing this facility with only 2.8 stars didnt feel good to place her. But boy, they deserve 10 stars! Its is clean, theyre friendly, caring and catering. I was so impressed and grateful when they approached me about moving our mom to assisted living. They knew she was too active for their facility. They, Denise, immediately took care of the request for an assisted living waiver so she could move next door to Windsor Court. Theyre getting a 5 star review too. In my experience you can trust the care of your dear ones at this home.

I thank them for there work they do im sorry some people had a bad experience there and had help other wise in another facility

5 /5 Preston: I had the best experience while at this facility. My nurse Francisco was so caring and helpful. they have the best staff especially Lulu my helper was so nice and always helping me with anything I needed. the food was good and the rehab was excellent. I definitely recommend.

From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I had made the right decision to come here. The nursing home staff, without exception, display an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine warmth that truly set them apart. The social worker and administrator are always available and have helped me during these tough times. The premises are impeccably maintained, with a welcoming environment .The living spaces are always clean and very spacious. The level of medical care provided is exceptional. It is comforting to witness the genuine care and empathy extended by the nursing team, who treat me like family. I advise anyone who is looking for a caring place to recover to visit Palm Springs Healthcare. I am truly beyond blessed to be here.
