Agarwal, Dimple MD - Palm Springs D G: Terrible. Im paying 138 a month, insurance doesnt cover covid testing, Im coughing really bad, congested and am in pain. They said I have to get tested before they can prescribe something, So I go out and have to buy a covid test, results were negative, I must have the flu/fever. Called back trying to get some better meds.Was told they left messages to the dr to send a referal/prescription to the pharmacy, i understand the DR must be busy but we are on Day 3 of calling trying to get some medicine. Literally health insurance is such a scam and waste, whats the point. i paid copay over the phone and got ZERO SERVICE for 3 days.
Get your facts correct. I was told i would recieve a call back for the initial missed call. This office will really make you feel like crap, when your already feeling like crap. Zero help. ive been a patient here for a little over 2 years. worst experience ever. still waiting for someone to call me. still waiting to get medicine for my sickness. paid money zero service.

Palm Springs Community Health Center - RUHS - Palm Springs Daniel Jose Martinez: (RUHS DHS) Great recovery from substance abuse and parenting programs available to get your life and/or kids back! Mental health services are also available and strongly recommend whether youve considered it or not? Cant hurt, I say. Has helped me tremendously in staying sober and creating structure in my life. (Not sure if PS location offers this also?) Great place, too, though.
El Mirador Medical Plaza - Palm Springs Pelumi Olaleye: First time visiting. So many great things about this hospital. The area is breathtaking; as soon as you get into the area there’s this peace and calmness. Secondly, l I appreciated every interaction I had with the office staff here. From the moment I got lost in the building I went into the women’s clinic and one of staff’s literally walked with me all the way back downstairs and around the building to where I needed to be. Then the checkin/checkout process. Everything from start to finish was absolutely stress free. I highly recommend this hospital.
