1 /5 Bob Hope: I got new insurance and selected DAP for my primary care physician.
It took me 6 phone calls, 3 visits to their physical location and 22 days before I could see my new doctor.
Most of the 6 calls were due to the DAP staff actively trying to withhold information from me, so I had to keep calling over and over again to get simple answers.
And I had to drive over multiple times because they continued to repeatedly refuse to tell me very basic information.
After I realized that the staff was happy to go out of their way to NOT convey information to me, Ive lost confidence in the organization.
It was made very clear to me that the staff of DAP doesnt care about about me, my health, or my time.
So after only one appointment with my new doctor, Im changing doctors once again.
