- Debo -: No help. Not a hospital whatsoever. If you need water as a patient bring your own or pay. Full house of patients, one doctor. If any serious injuries or uncomfortable feelings please go to a different clinic. Again DO NOT go to this wannabe hospital with its wannabe doctors and nurses. If you are a medical professional, or have any connections let’s do your job better and correctly and help these people. You’re a hospital, this ain’t play time being a “doctor”. Be a doctor or get a new career. And to whoever runs this building, get more assistance and doctors. Try and show you care about your patients. Employers here doing terrible. (2.7 stars is your average) Let that sink in “doctor”/“nurse”/“employees”
Monica Monroe: I would not recommend this practice or the doctors here. The lack of professionalism is deeply concerning, especially considering these are the people responsible for your care. In particular, I strongly advise against seeing Dr. Gail Joseph (gynecology) at this location. As a patient, I encountered several troubling issues: she consistently failed to listen to my concerns, provided inadequate advice, and displayed a serious lack of professionalism in following up with test results and additional information. Its unacceptable to receive critical test results after hours, without details the day prior to an appointment in an attempt to cancel the appointment.
Lisa Ayre-Smith: I can understand the frustration about folks calling, but Ive only had problems getting through during the worst of COVID. This office is very busy. Suggestions are to use the Dignity Health patient portal to message your doctors medical assistant, and to always schedule your next appointment at the time of the prior appointment. I love the support staff here and have always found them positive and helpful. They work really hard and do the best they can! These are tough times for anyone working in a medical office! Literally everyone is understaffed, overwhelmed, and overworked right now.
Dr. Dickey is an amazing doctor and really listens. Hes very savvy about trialing new meds (conservative but exploratory). He is up to date on current research and treats the whole person. He works a lot with veterans and is familiar with the issues commonly facing that population. Hes relatable and hilarious and always respectful of women.
Eduardo Martinez: I’ve been coming to see Dr. Smith for many years and I like him and his assistant very much ,,is the lady at the front desk who doesn’t realize that she’s providing a service and not doing anyone a favor by being there that I have a problem with. Her attitude is condescending and incompetent and it’s because of her that I am not planning on going back. I hope Dr. Smith can understand and for you reading this. I wish you luck dealing with the front desk, lady. In my opinion, I should feel welcome and valuable to anyone. I’m paying to for a service.
Kathleen Wood: I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Krause today. She was very non-sympathetic and had zero empathy towards the situation I was going through regarding test results that came in. You could tell she just wanted to be done with her day.
Hancock Logan (SkullScreamer13): Tried contacting my girlfriend who is currently in their care and they are complete jerks, saying only a patient can call me from their phone I cannot call them, what Bullcrap!
Jay Patel: Dr. Naresh Patel is an exceptional physician who truly cares about his patients. From the moment I walked into his clinic, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Patel takes the time to listen to your concerns and thoroughly explains everything in a way thats easy to understand. Hes incredibly knowledgeable and provides personalized care that addresses your specific needs. The staff is also friendly and helpful, making the entire experience positive. I highly recommend Dr. Naresh Patel to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled physician. Five stars!
