3 /5 Eduardo Martinez: I’ve been coming to see Dr. Smith for many years and I like him and his assistant very much ,,is the lady at the front desk who doesn’t realize that she’s providing a service and not doing anyone a favor by being there that I have a problem with. Her attitude is condescending and incompetent and it’s because of her that I am not planning on going back. I hope Dr. Smith can understand and for you reading this. I wish you luck dealing with the front desk, lady. In my opinion, I should feel welcome and valuable to anyone. I’m paying to for a service.

5 /5 K M: Dr. Dean Smith and Channel Islands Medical group are great caregivers. Have seen Dr. Dean and his nurse, Dana, for years and they both provide top-notch care. His front desk staff always manage to squeeze me into their schedule quickly when Im ill. Have had extensive discussions with both Dr. Dean and Dana about my condition over the years, which requires regular treatment. Both are eager to learn about their patients experiences and it shows. Dr. Dean has had student doctors come into my exam room a number of times over the years so they can learn as well. Hes always super respectful about it and always asks me if Im comfortable with them joining him during my exam. 10/10, he is one of the two best medical providers Ive encountered all across the US over the years.

5 /5 Jessica Classic: You couldnt ask for two more sincere, caring Drs. Dr. Sally has cared for my children since they were first born, 15 and 12 years. Because I loved her so much, I decided to make Dr. Dean my physician. They listen and take there time.
