5 /5 Lisa Ayre-Smith: I can understand the frustration about folks calling, but Ive only had problems getting through during the worst of COVID. This office is very busy. Suggestions are to use the Dignity Health patient portal to message your doctors medical assistant, and to always schedule your next appointment at the time of the prior appointment. I love the support staff here and have always found them positive and helpful. They work really hard and do the best they can! These are tough times for anyone working in a medical office! Literally everyone is understaffed, overwhelmed, and overworked right now.
Dr. Dickey is an amazing doctor and really listens. Hes very savvy about trialing new meds (conservative but exploratory). He is up to date on current research and treats the whole person. He works a lot with veterans and is familiar with the issues commonly facing that population. Hes relatable and hilarious and always respectful of women.
