2 /5 Debra: They are their own biggest fans. They have no clue what they are doing, dont have common goals among themselves, aides think they are and call themselves "nurses". They dont know and dont care about patients culture. They foster a secretive protocol, do NOT benefit, comprehend patients, their illness(s), and believe in doping them up upon entrance and slowly reducing meds. We can do that at home. Staff knows nothing about mental illness, patient rights, appropriate diagnosis, TX and care. Put them out of business and find real professionals who can diagnose properly and obtain help for them that is more than nonsense endless groups, pervasive over medication and real professionals with experience and standards instead of idiotic babysitters. They should be ashamed of themselves. They should be investigated. They are shameful and shamefully unprofessional. County facilities are NEVER very good.
