1 /5 Blanca Sanchez: I dont know where to begin. My mother, an 89 year old, had to go to emergency to Santa Paula Hospital yesterday. She shared with me that after the treatment she received last night she doesnt want to ever go there again. Both nurses were rude extremely rude, neither one of them spoke my mothers native tongue. She said that she has seen dogs being treated better than those 2 nurses treated her. They completely ignore her and throw the plastic bag with her clothes to her and left closing the door behind them. Therefore, mom concluded she had to get dressed on her own, she started doing that while sitting in the bed where she had been examined. She has no clue as to what happened but she fall. She got up and finished getting dressed. When a doctor came in to ask how she was feeling she lied and told him that she was great. She just wanted to get out of that place. She was crying like a baby when she told me all of this. I do not know what to do....my older sister and niece took mom to emergency and they waited in the parking lot until she was released. Because of this "pandemic" excuse to mistreat elderly people, no one was allowed to go in with her. Mom needs assistance for everything. She cant walk or stand by herself. Now my mom is in pain and bruised from the fall. I can go on and on but, it wont change what she went through and at least I have stated the facts. I just had to do this review. Yes I agree if I could give them negative stars I would. It seems that the doctors and nurses there DO NOT CARE IF THAT HOSPITAL SHOTS DOWN. THEY only LOOSE THEIR JOBS.
