5 /5 Jon Schwarz: Great service and very knowledgeable staff and mechanics. Ive had my truck at 3 other shops none of which actually fixed the issue with a sensor(it wasnt the sensor it was the connector). They actually listened to me on my concerns of it being a wiring issue and fixed the problem in a very quick professional manner. They also did a great job on a couple other issues my truck had. Thank you again to the whole crew there.

1 /5 Scott Frederickson: Im not sure why my second visit to this shop went so wrong...? Months before came in and had a front brake job that went smooth and no issues. Brought my car this time for a P0171 code. It took 5 days as they mentioned they were perplexed during the process. They replaced the 02 sensor (bank 1) which turned out was not the issue, so then replaced the MAF sensor. Was told the code finally cleared and it was $996 when picking up vehicle. Started to leave shop with gas low level light on, and gauge below E... Went back into shop to ask for some spare gas to at least get me to the nearest gas station (didnt want to stall in an intersection). Nor is it good on the fuel pump to run dry. Was told by Tod and (Kim?) that they wouldnt do that, and "we dont have a gas can" to even let you use.... What? I brought the car in with over a quarter tank. Upon getting home later that day, I notice a vent hose was off near brake booster and my coolant hose clips changed with worm style fasteners? (The original tension clamps from factory were there for a reason - its a plastic radiator). Invoice claims wrong hose clamps?? I came in for P0171... Anyway, ask questions before, during & after your vehicle getting serviced. It also doesnt hurt to subscribe to the Scotty Kilmer channel on Youtube to get some basic automobile knowledge.

My plans to fix my Jeep did not work out as I had hoped, through no fault of the crew at Concept Motorsports. I didn’t realize the work and money that my ideas would cost. The up front honesty and straight forward conversation about what would be involved and the professional suggestions about where to go from that point were extremely helpful. I look forward to having any work I need in the future done by you and will highly recommend you to everyone!

5 /5 Travis Aborn: Where to begin… I’m in town to see some good friends when our SUV wouldn’t start. My buddy who I’m staying with refers me over to Concept Motorsports, which is where I had my vehicle towed. They were scheduled out five days, but due to the circumstances of me being out of town, they took a look at my vehicle right away and fixed it. I was taken back by how professional, understanding, an empathetic they were two our situation. They were so friendly the store, I wanted to hang out there all day hahaha. Then the unthinkable happens, my car has a separate issue while we are still in town and breaks down a second time (I drive used cars, comes with the territory). I once again have it towed over to Concept, and once again they get to work right away and this time it was much more complicated, as the problem was not easy to diagnose because it was electrical. I initially thought that I would not be able to head home over the weekend because they are not open on the weekends. To my surprise, I get a call from the owner Joe who stayed after hours to continue working on my vehicle until he could fix it. What’s more, he came in on Saturday when he’s off work and met me at the shop to give me my vehicle back so we could drive home. I have never met a mechanic who went so above and beyond to help out someone in a pickle. You are not going to find better auto mechanics in Grass Valley. Joe and his team know what they’re doing, and they are so friendly which is a rare attribute with mechanics ha ha. I wish I lived closer so I could have them always work on my cars. Thanks for everything, and I’m sure your business is going to thrive with your shop’s work ethic and kindness.
