This is so important because I do not naturally remember to maintain my vehicles. The staff treats me with a professional attitude and I really like to personal customer service I receive. The prices are totally reasonable and there work is excellent, I have never had a problem with anything they have done. I work with an crew of guys and they always have to add their two cents about pricing and what parts would use, when I need something fixed, Gold Country has been spot on every time with price and quality. I have total trust in Kevin and his staff at Gold Country Auto. I have recommended many friends and they are always happy with the service and thankful they have an honest mechanic they can count on.

They have now twice got me in on no advanced notice, correctly assessed my cars issue, & gave me a very fair price to do the repairs. My car & I are both beyond grateful for their service & being a DoorDash driver, these quick repairs are life savers to help get me back on the road & earning again. Unlike other more expensive shops that would take almost a week just to asses my cars needs. I am pretty sure I will be coming back anytime I need anything car related. Ty GCA!!

1 /5 Michael David: Went there to check my engine, they said it would take two hours. It took over seven. They were consistently rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. I had a kid to take care of and feed. I couldnt afford to wait that long, but they were completely nonchalant about it even when it came close to their closing time. I can say with 100% certainty that I will never go back there.

Hickok Christopher: Waited all day on a Friday for a mobile mechanic that never showed up. Called Gold Country at 3pm Friday of a holiday weekend. They got me in & out just in time before they closed & even had to wait for parts to be delivered. I drive DoorDash so missing one day of driving hurts let alone a 3 day holiday weekend. Russell Stabler: Bill is a seasoned engineer. Knowledgeable, interesting, thorough and trustworthy. A true Mensch. He pretty much rebuilt the 30 year old AC system in my van after the old system (with the old ozone eating refrigerant) blew up. Im 66 years old and can count on one hand the times someone else other than myself worked on my vehicle. However, I have never done AC systems. There was no question of his ability and integrity. His estimate was quite reasonable and I was informed on any overrun ( hoses had to be fabricated by a different skilled tradesman). Its just nice to have someone of his caliber solving the problems. My 2008 Lexus ES350 was leaking coolant. I delivered it to John and he diagnosed and repaired the leaking water pump in a matter of days.
