Gerasimos Christoforatos: These guys dropped the ball on a scheduled appointment. I had phoned a week or more prior to schedule an appointment for a hydro boost replacement. My understanding was that they put me on the schedule for Tuesday am. I told them I’d drop it off on Monday before they close. I threw it in my calendar and could not have been any more clear about the schedule on my end. They had remembered the conversation. They told me they didn’t have me on the schedule. It’s bad business. I was hoping to have a long term relationship but screw that. They just screwed me. I Had an appointment scheduled with these guys. Luckily I phoned the day before to ask a question and was told I was not on the schedule. Even though we had agreed for me to bring in my truck on Monday for a Tuesday appointment. I was told their next earliest appointment was a week from my current appointment Leaving me in a bad spot. Plain ‘ol bad biz. Work was for a ‘98 dodge ram 2500 12V Cummins.
