    Gerasimos Christoforatos: These guys dropped the ball on a scheduled appointment. I had phoned a week or more prior to schedule an appointment for a hydro boost replacement. My understanding was that they put me on the schedule for Tuesday am. I told them I’d drop it off on Monday before they close. I threw it in my calendar and could not have been any more clear about the schedule on my end. They had remembered the conversation. They told me they didn’t have me on the schedule. It’s bad business. I was hoping to have a long term relationship but screw that. They just screwed me. I Had an appointment scheduled with these guys. Luckily I phoned the day before to ask a question and was told I was not on the schedule. Even though we had agreed for me to bring in my truck on Monday for a Tuesday appointment. I was told their next earliest appointment was a week from my current appointment Leaving me in a bad spot. Plain ‘ol bad biz. Work was for a ‘98 dodge ram 2500 12V Cummins.

Both times the service was thorough, pleasant, great communication, dealt directly with the insurance and made it smooth for me. Both times my car came back looking even better that it was before. I pulled up to this Big Brand, 20 minutes before they closed mind you, and got A+ service. The employees were kind, generous, talked me through the repair, and then worked lightening fast. Prices are totally reasonable, too. I will absolutely return here and want to recommend this business to everyone with my full support.

Professional, courteous, prompt, very knowledgeable and here’s the BEST part…Ryan comes to you. Both my wife and I work from home and find it difficult to schedule auto maintenance because of the travel to and from and not all garages have comfortable waiting rooms with fast internet. Having the mechanic come to us is a HUGE, plus the fact you can trust Ryan to not only get the job done fast it comes in a bit cheaper than other places…what?! Couldn’t be happier to find an auto mechanic we can trust…thanks Ryan!

As a woman, I am frequently talked down to or taken advantage of at many shops, and that does not happen at J&J. They fit my truck into their already tight schedule quickly while I was traveling through CA and NV with my horses in hot weather. Would highly recommend. Bonus: Their shop dog, Juneau, is always ready for pets!
