I trust that if Eric says there is a problem its a problem. They never overcharge or try to up sell and talk us into anything he gives me all the information to make an informed decision. They are forward and upfront and provide the customer with all the information necessary to make an intelligent, informed choice. Their shop rates are reasonable and worth every penny. When the remanufactured ac part that I took a risk on getting installed didn’t work out, Eric and the team went above and beyond in softening the blow for me and doing what they could to help me get it sorted. Although I had some bad luck, it felt great to know that honest people were doing what they could to help me out. For many of us, wed be lost without them, so when you find a really good one, be grateful for them because theyre not always easy to find. Eric, at Eagle automotive has a long standing reputation for automotive excellence in Nevada county as a top mechanic and I can personally attest to that. His entire shop has fantastic people working with him to. Hes not only a master mechanic but hes very honest and his prices reflect that. He doesnt need to play around with cost because the quality of his work speaks for itself and thats the best way to get repeat business and glowing reviews, like this one.
