1 /5 PARKLIFE Jessica Wagner: I asked them to order me a van cover for my Honda odyssey. The young guy Matthew I think his name was looked it up in his book and in his computer. I even told him exactly which size I needed. But he did not listen. They do not have van covers just truck and cars he said. Which is BS. They make them for cars, vans, trucks, SUV, and even motor cycles. So he looks up my measurements online. How long my van is. and orders me a cover for a car. The same length of my van. Know Im a girl and i know that a car is not as tall as a van actually a child could tell you that. But he orders it thinking that a Honda accord cover is going to fit my van. And then when I was calmly questioning him about it he said I can escort you out the Store. I could of been looking else where for one but did not because he assured me that he ordered me one. So I escorted myself to his boss. My van is leaking water and this is what they sell me. And when I was in there ordering it there was another guy complaining about the same person cant even read a tape measure properly. Sold him the wrong size part to. But they think because Im a girl that i do not know anything about vehicles. So they need people working for them that have experience with vehicles or there shapes or sizes. Or common sense people need to have common sense some people just were not born with it. Its not there fault I guess. So I was told to take it home and see if it fits. Bring it back in the morning. His boss even real the box and said that it was for a car. Common sense people common sense. And then his employee gets mad at me because he thinks a car cover is going to fit a van. Which does not surprise me he cant read a tape measure. But I had no choice but to buy it because like I said my van leaking water hope the wind dont blow it off tonight because its gotta be returned.
