1 /5 MrToyotaTRD: Called the phone number, and Walt answered the phone. I needed help diagnosing an issue with my pickup. Long story short, the dude has it in his head that anyone who calls is a complete moron and a burden, and that’s the way I was treated. I started off by telling him that I was having an issue and wanted to see if he had an idea what it was. He then stayed quiet for a few seconds as if that was the most outrageous statement he’s ever heard in his life, and responded with the attitude of a bratty teenager “Uhhhh… well I don’t know?” as if he really thought I wasn’t about to elaborate on the symptoms of my vehicle in the next 3 seconds if he had responded to that like a normal person. I kept my cool, told him what was going on, and got a lame response followed by a “I’m 3 weeks out”. Good, I wasn’t about to give you my money after that episode anyways. Needless to say I know exactly where my business is never going.
