1 /5 steve teter: I went in complaining of a parasitic drain causing a dead battery. They replaced the battery for $200. A month later, the auto electric shop in town found an open circuit due to an old aftermarket car alarm under the dashboard and a barely functional alternator, which means Ford didnt perform even the most basic of tests when I reported a parasitic drain. They said i needed new brakes, but my brakes were new I wouldnt go back there again. They are dishonest and incompetent.
