Russell Bates Lassen Auto Body for the WIN! I am a AAA member, we called for roadside assistance and the AAA rep said that the local provide would be over an hour away. 25 minutes later we received a call from that provider and the lady said that her driver was still about an hour away. This was unacceptable as my crew was just off of the highway. We called AAA and asked if we could switch the call to the next provider. AAA said that I would need to cancel the original call and pay out of pocket for the new provider. I called Lassen Auto Body and without hesitation Britney and Justin sent over their truck to get my guys towed to safety! The driver was on site in 10 minutes. He was very friendly and helpful. The team at Lassen Auto Body said that they would handle the billing with AAA and that we wouldnt have to come out of pocket for the tow. I will always call Lassen Auto Body 1st before I call any other tow service!

Fred Bennett My Suburban had trouble while I was on Vacation - closest mechanic was booked almost a month out. I had to drive an hour to get to Pauls. He immediately diagnosed the problem, and gave me an estimate before I left. It was fixed by the next morning and the bill was less than the estimate! I was happy with all aspects of the work.

Andrew Zavala Raoul is the man! Honest and straight forward when it comes to giving you a quote on work that needs to be done, and they generally get the work done for me at or below the original estimate. These guys are the only ones in town I trust besides myself to work on my modified GTI and I highly recommend them for either foreign or domestic car or truck repairs.

Keeleigh Marshall If I could give this “business” a zero star rating I would. My vehicle sat there for a week and didn’t move out of its spot. Multiple people tried calling to get an update on the expense and an estimate of when the vehicle will be ready. No answers and no calls back. I finally went in and he told me it was going to cost a fortune for only 3 things I wanted done and he told me that the head gaskets and catalytic converter weren’t a priority to be fixed. It continued to sit there for 3 more weeks and then we got a call saying it is ready for pickup. Went in to pay for the services he “did” and was told that he hadn’t even started working on it. Not to mention it took him 2 weeks just to look at what was wrong and do a diagnostic, and when I went by there the first time the vehicle was sitting on the side street with the hood open and unlocked. Thank god I didn’t leave any valuables in there. This whole “business” has been a nightmare and I would stay away if I were you.

I called the Susanville Les Schwab first since it was closest, and the representative said they did not have my tire in stock but was able to check the other stores stock and directed me to the Chico Les Schwab. Thank you for being so helpful over the phone!

robert hone we dropped in unannounced on the way to Overland Expo in our lifted Ford E350 camper van with suspected brake issues. They immediately did a complete inspection and diagnosed issues in the front suspension that were causing the problem, printed out a full description of the parts needed and handed me the keys. No charge. I call that level of customer service : far exceeds. I will be switching all my tire and brake work to Les Schwab in SoCal where I live, what a great organization.

Leah c Shannon the front desk staff was kind. She was very patient as we worked out insurance details and needing to reschedule. The work done is great, can’t tell the replacement part. I love that they cleaned the outside and vacuumed. I felt like I was driving away in a new car.

Kevin Fargo For one, there friendly, good atmosphere, and if they dont have what you want, they will order it for you. Ive bought my last 3 sets of tires there and recommended 2 people who are also happy with there services and knowledge. Also, when you get your tires rotated, they will also change your oil. Do an all point inspection, they offer alot more than just tires. Speaking of tires,, the Hercules brand, I recommend. All my rigs are happy with em.

steve teter I went in complaining of a parasitic drain causing a dead battery. They replaced the battery for $200. A month later, the auto electric shop in town found an open circuit due to an old aftermarket car alarm under the dashboard and a barely functional alternator, which means Ford didnt perform even the most basic of tests when I reported a parasitic drain. They said i needed new brakes, but my brakes were new I wouldnt go back there again. They are dishonest and incompetent.

richard etchells Time for tires. The last time I tried to buy locale was not good. High price, rude, condescending attitudes, even cussed at, pay my price or told "drive to Reno or Redding". I do not enable thieves; I will not be ripped off. I kept my pride, dignity and MONEY, I did go to Reno. This time I started checking different stores, my sincere thanks go to Raj Singh of Jacksons Service. I asked him every question that pertained to new tires, new valve steams, balance, disposal of the old tires. He did not try to talk me into things I didnt want or need I found Raj to be fair priced, honest, patience, and ethical. Balance is perfect, Bottom line I was treated with respect, kindness. I noticed he and employees treated all of his customers how a customer wants to be treated I highly recommend Raj at Jacksons and will be back.

Leah c The service was somewhat efficient. It took about 15 minutes for an oil change. However, they never quoted me on a price so I had no idea what to expect. Also, my coolant cap went missing afterwards; thankfully, i happened to check under the hood.

Ruthelen Walters Autopro Collision Center deserves 5+ stars. After having an accident with my car, I could not have found a better place to repair it. They were professional, honest and did an amazing job restoring my car. Everything they promised to do, they did. Chris helped me with the insurance company. He was very patient, explained what they could do to completely restore my car. I must say at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Autopro Collison Center in Susanville, CA if you want top quality body work on a vehicle at a fair price.

Bernice Lesueur I am the Mom Austin mentioned who hit the deer. There was a lot of damage to my car and I was pretty shook up, and far from home. My son called Autopro, and I limped my car to their shop. I was very impressed by the professionalism I saw there and felt comfortable leaving my car there to be repaired. They communicated with me throughout the process and did a wonderful job on my car. I would highly recommend them!

While Rob at High Sierra Collision was very busy he was willing to help us. He made many phone calls and finally found someone to repair our vehicle. We were back on the road in 4 hours. This garage also offers extremely detailed deep cleaning. All and all I was very impressed with their services and will only be taking my car here in the future.

Kyle Spang So far this shop has been more than satisfactory. They are honest with their prices, explain things well, and work to ease your mind as well as keep your car running. I had a basic repair done over a year ago that was quick and never had problems since. I am now returning for another repair as I know it will be done right here. I highly recommend this place to anyone and will edit this review once this repair is done to update how it went. 10/10 performance so far!
