Having unexpected car troubles is never fun but I’m so happy I found these guys as a result! Best of the best. Also appreciated that they did not attempt to up-sale me on any additional services and were extra understanding and accommodating. Not only will I be using them for future auto needs but I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know in the area! A++++

5 /5 frank saraceno: Gary provided excellent service when I needed it!! My car busted a coolant line on the 405 fwy and I was 50 mi from home. I have an Alfa Romeo and was worried about finding a tech who could work on this vehicle. Luckily I chose Carotech. Gary assured me that his team was familiar with the vehicle and could get the job done. After just 2 days, right before the busy Easter weekend, Gary had the line fixed and even had the car detailed!! Great job!

5 /5 Tiny Hat Experiences: Between now and when i write the full review, i have a very simple piece of advice for anyone reading this. Call Carotech Auto, ask Gary when you can drop off your car and then trust him and his expert team to fix your car properly, for an extremely fair price and with the best warranty Ive encountered from any auto mechanic shop in my life. Do not bother wasting time reading other reviews. This place is absolutely without compare the best auto repair shop in LA. Thank you Gary. For those who may be wondering, I found Carotech through a Google search and spoke to Gary for the first time about 72 hours ago. He suggested i drop my car off Wednesday. I just picked it up today (Thursday 11/9/2023) and the work done on it was exceptional in all respects. Ill never go to another auto mechanic as long as i remain in Los Angeles. But to be clear, prior to 3 days ago, i knew nothing about Gary or his shop. And my car had been neglected for the past 6+ years. It was also filthy and the engine compartment was an embarrassment to even see.

5 /5 Sevan Minassian: We have been coming here for Years and there only positive things to say. Gary and team are very considerate to your needs and give you top notch service. We had a problem with one of our cars and for a couple years no mechanic could figure out what was wrong with it, until we brought it here and they finally were the ones to figure it out. So they stand out amongst the other establishments. They are honest and great at what they do!
