I am a AAA member, we called for roadside assistance and the AAA rep said that the local provide would be over an hour away. 25 minutes later we received a call from that provider and the lady said that her driver was still about an hour away. This was unacceptable as my crew was just off of the highway. We called AAA and asked if we could switch the call to the next provider. AAA said that I would need to cancel the original call and pay out of pocket for the new provider. I called Lassen Auto Body and without hesitation Britney and Justin sent over their truck to get my guys towed to safety! The driver was on site in 10 minutes. He was very friendly and helpful. The team at Lassen Auto Body said that they would handle the billing with AAA and that we wouldnt have to come out of pocket for the tow. I will always call Lassen Auto Body 1st before I call any other tow service!

The only reason Im rating 4/5 is due to them only doing overnight windshield replacements. I heavily recommend this place to anyone that needs auto body work done.

I was having my car repaired a long distance from home (I hit a deer while on vacation) and they went the extra mile -- even taking the car out for an extended second test drive -- to ensure that it was ready for the long drive home. I thought the car may need to go to the dealer for additional repairs, but Lassen Auto was able to do everything on site -- such a pleasant surprise. Everything seems to be running great.

Larry Howerton: You know that dreaded check engine light that come on right when you dont expect it. Well like some of us do I tried driving around while attempting to ignore it but we all know that dont work. There isnt many repair shops in Chester but I did find one called (At Your Service Auto Repair) located by the local Airport. As I got out of my vehicle I noticed Two Gentlemen with their heads under the hood of a vehicle doing what mechanics do best resolving that problem whatever it might have been. One of the mechanics acknowledge me as I was walking toward the shop I related my concerns about the check engine light and if he would have the time to analyze it. There was a slight rain coming down and he didnt have any room in the shop the mechanic instructed me to pull the vehicle up slightly beyond the roll up door this put my vehicle out of the rain just enough for him to do his work even though he was busy he said hell be glad to help me I asked him what the cost would be let me say it was very reasonable. He attached his equipment plugging it in under my Dash and quickly analyze my problem. This was a great experience and I would recommend the shop. I went back and had the problem resolved later.
