5 /5 Sherry Valte: My Car needed repair, they took care of my car, right away. They help me in many ways, while my car was in the shop. Drop me off, lend ne a car, to go to work. They will go above and beyond for their customers. Now my car is all fix & working well. There is no other place, I would trust & go, for my car repair and maintenance, just this place. They treat you like family.

5 /5 richard etchells: Time for tires. The last time I tried to buy locale was not good. High price, rude, condescending attitudes, even cussed at, pay my price or told "drive to Reno or Redding". I do not enable thieves; I will not be ripped off. I kept my pride, dignity and MONEY, I did go to Reno. This time I started checking different stores, my sincere thanks go to Raj Singh of Jacksons Service. I asked him every question that pertained to new tires, new valve steams, balance, disposal of the old tires. He did not try to talk me into things I didnt want or need I found Raj to be fair priced, honest, patience, and ethical. Balance is perfect, Bottom line I was treated with respect, kindness. I noticed he and employees treated all of his customers how a customer wants to be treated I highly recommend Raj at Jacksons and will be back.

5 /5 Jane: At the start of the month I had problems with my Jeep. Took it to Raj and told him I wasnt getting a check engine light so I had no idea what was going on. He took it for a few days and when I got her back he not only fixed the problem but also changed the oil, replaced the wiper blades and filled her with premium gas. When I saw the bill I was shocked. He charged me next to nothing. I couldnt have gotten that kind of service anywhere else around here. Will never go anywhere else for service and Great hugs. Thank you Raj

1 /5 Anam Kinsey: I need a smog check for my car in Susanville, California. This small small town is at least two hour drive to another place I can get a smog test. A ripe opportunity for legalized robbery which Jacksons take full advantage of. When I arrived for the smog test I believed I was in for a bill of somewhere around $40. I was shocked when presented with a $100 charge! I asked for explanation of such a high price for just a few minutes of work. I was told that since there is no competition, they can charge whatever they want. Since I suggested that the price might not even be legal I was told to leave and go elsewhere. After such treatment I think that this is a great idea and I have to suggest that everyone go elsewhere too. And, just in case you thought that maybe their mechanic could do a good job repairing your car...? Previously I had asked their head mechanic if their gas had ethanol? He blithely "taught" me that the Octane number on the pump indicated the content of ethanol in the gas with the higher number indicating more ethanol. That is not how it works just in case you thought their mechanic could do a good job and knew what they were doing.
