pill clinton Wow idont know how these guys get a 4.5. Just called and asked about a tow and possibly a storage for a day cause the engine is blown up and the guy proceeds to tell me he wouldnt do it and he charges $180 a day for storage. Im a truck driver and I had said I should have been a tow truck driver. Then he proceeds to say"yea you should have been then maybe your engine wouldnt be blown up" which was in my eyes very unprofessional. I wouldve given a zero star if I could. Very sad business practice to speak to a potential customer that way.

Walter Fritts Okay, ..... Just in for a smog certificate on my Corvette. #1.) Arrived early but got immediate attention and directional help to the parking lot. #2.) My appointment started exacty on time. #3.) This appeared to be an automotive garage that is usually showcased on a TV reality series. I was right. The mechanics have years of experience and could probably repair or restore the mechanical aspects of any vehicle. (Also the owners). #4.) As a stranger, and a new customer, I was treated with the utmost respect and congeniality. #5.) I was completely "blown away" with all of this! I highly reccomend Burrells Automotive to anyone. I will return when the occasional warrants !!!

Max Hernandez This place gets a 1 star from me. I scheduled a smog check recently in which I was highly confident I was going to pass considering i worked on the car personally and i checked it with an ob2 scanner before driving it there. Upon bringing the car in we talked, i handed him the key and was told to come back in an hour for the car. He called me backin a timely manner to tell me i didnt pass due to a missing egr and the sensors leading to it, mind you everything was there. When i got there he said he didnt even bother testing it because he “opened the hood and seen the tubes and wires hanging up”, i tryed to let him now that its there and it seemed like he didnt want to hear but rather show me a diagram, i wished him a nice day and left. Same day still i made another appt elsewhere, got in the next day and passed smog within 25 minutes of dropping it off and it was cheaper. With that being said if you can make it to kelseyville theres a nice shop down there that will get it done the right way.

Rick Areans My truck was shaking furiously and I made an appointment. I was expecting something major and expensive but after they inspected I was told that a nut was loose after tightening the problem was solved no more shaking. Very professionals knowledgeable and above all honest. My mechanic from now on. Thank you.

Bryan Honest affordable and no BS. Steve and his other Mechanic are super nice guys. This is the only Auto Repair Shop I trust in Clearlake. Ive never had a bad experience.

Laura Ochoa My windshield had a crack on the drivers side. I wasnt sure if the crack could be fixed or if I needed a new windshield. Angela was a great help, providing options to determine the best solution. Nate inspected the damage at my home and advised that requesting a new windshield through my insurance company would be best. After making the request, Angela efficiently dealt with my insurance to make the change in my claim and ordered an original Ram windshield from the dealership. Angela was so sweet, caring, and efficient to making this experience easy; I know I can refer friends and family and theyll be well taken care of.

Ted Croteau I was looking for Safelite and came across J T auto glass.And all the reviews I read were great .They friendly and do a great job.They replaced my Silverado windshield.So I needed to replace my side mirrors on my Colorado.Not something they normally do.But they did a great job.Fast and clean.I would highly recommend JTs Auto Glass to anyone who needs to have that kind of work done.Thank You JT.

J T Edit: needed a tractor tire to be replaced. Was less cost than elsewhere in town. Had it done fairly quick and they were busy that day. Also, had to get a patch on my car tire since I had a screw in it. Was a quick a professional job - as usual. Another great experience with Alvarez Performance! I didnt feel like taking my trailer tires off to put my new ones on, especially in the rain the day before a huge job so I headed over to the experts over at Alvarez Performance. Super quick and professional, and since Im a veteran I got a nice little discount! I think I might use this saved time to play some Xbox on this rainy cold day! Thank you!

Courtney Beyer I have brought various vehicles in for cosmetic things. They are so fast, been able to get completed same day. Theyre reasonable on quotes and so friendly, from the front office to the techs to the owner. Love it.

Richard Altman NOTE: They do NOT do auto mechanical work! They just do great auto body repairs! I have used their services after someone crashed into me. They fixed everything like new and got the repairs done in a timely manner. VERY pleased with their service and customer relationships.

Andre Cook Chicol is the best mobile mechanic in the county! Professional, friendly, easy to talk to and teaches you along the way whats going on and what the problem is. 5 star service! I needed my breaks and rotors changed Saturday morning. Everywhere else was booked or busy. His labor cost are very customer friendly. I will definitely contact him again and I definitely recommend him. Very honest and dependable mechanic!

Gary Raynes Theyre very reasonably priced for tire repairs as I had a nail in my tire so I brought it to B&G (see my review on B&G) first as I live in Clearlake Oaks and theyre the closest. B&G said that they couldnt remove the nail and patch it as the tire is too old and they wanted to sell me a new tire. The tires are old and tires have a date code on them but mine were only half worn and didnt have any dry rot, etc. TP took the tire off, removed the nail, patched it and remounted the tire for $22.50

Sparky Store was filthy and their prices are way too high considering its the exact same parts you can get for half the price at oReillys. And there was a guy named Joey with the most condescending attitude. Like he was better than me or something. Very rude.

Gary Raynes Watch out for these scammers! I had a nail in my tire so I brought it here as I live in Clearlake Oaks and theyre the closest. They said that they couldnt remove the nail and patch it as the tire is too old and they wanted to sell me a new tire. I said "Im not going replace the tire as it has 30k more miles of tread left on it" so I went to Tire Pros on Lakeshore Dr. and they took the tire off, removed the nail, patched it and remounted the tire for $22.50

Savannah Serrano Sal was super helpful and quick in getting us in quickly to replace our valve stem that was ripped. Very courteous and informative as well!! 100% recommend coming here and they have quality products at affordable price!! Also you get to meet the adorable puppy Kilo which is a cute bonus to the great experience!!

Morning Star Bedell Did a great job They put on an after market bumper for me (That I purchased myself) when no other place would. Very reasonably priced and even picked me up and gave me a ride to their shop so I could pick up my car! Will definitely be going back for all my future car related needs and would recommend them to anyone.

Epic $479 for a tuned up, I supplies the parts. Took about 2 hours. Was quoted a price of $158 the day before on the phone from Mario. Did not have me sighn a work order ahead of time. Also asked for headlight to be replaced and a fuse for the Horn. They did not do it. Very shocked and strongly disapointing. Will not be going there again! Hope it was worth it for them.

I tried to ask a question about the repair and he tried to shut me as if I didnt know what I was talking about concerning my own car then he literally put words in my mouth that I didnt even say. This happened on 2 different occasions and months apart.
